Mckenzie asked a guard to lead her and Shaylin to their rooms. They were lead down a couple hall and then given dirrections on how to get to the dinning hall. The two girl went into their seperate rooms, the first time they'd been apart since departing from the village they knew at home.

In her room; Shaylin looked at herself for a long while. Her face, the faces of all the Black Queens before her... They all had the same eyes, the same lips and cheek bones. Each was so different, and yet all were the same. Shaylin sat down on her bed and staired down at the floor, her head nestled in her finger tips as she rubbed her forhead.

Nemisis Arrived into Mckensize's Room. "I hope you won't mind my Intrusion, But I wish to speak with you. "he said, then closed the door, and locked it. "Jared told me of your Will to serve your cousin.........Make no Mistake, you may not be Related by blood, but you two have forged a bond stronger then that. "he said. He then Placed a Mantle of Black Armor, with a Etched White Eagle, on the front "Those of old who Used to want to join the Black Legion, went threw Severe Test's, or a Quest to show their Conviction. I believe you've already proven that 10 time's over.....What I wanted to ask was this : Would you join the legion, and lead our troops into battle? This world need's someone like you. "He said, quiet calmly.

Artiah clapped his hands together, as if to seal the deal. Although he didn't get anything juicy from this traveler, he was excited about the thought of sneaking this fellow in. He hadn't had such thrills since.. well, for a long time.

"Very well," Artiah replied. "First, get some rest. You must have walked for hours and I've been bothering you with my chatter," He pushed himself away from the door. "Once you're ready to journey again, you can find me downstairs,"

Xian jumped slightly when Artiah clapped his hands together. "Shall we get going then?"He said observing his excitement. "Sorry I didn't tell you more but I can while we are on our way to the city"Xian then went back into his roon and grabbed some things including his kitana in case things got bad in the city. "Ready when you are"he said whirring past Artiah and hastily down the stairs.

"Well my father thought it would be better that way less of a problem.'' Finx said with a shrug her father had always been extra carefull jared would know that though he and her father had fought together before.

"Don't see why. In fact, it would be a advantage, Because people Tend to Under-estimate females " he said.

"He was more afraid of what the soldiers would do if they found out I was a girl...he just wanted to keep me safe and I've been doing it for so long I don't even feel like I'm really a girl anymore." Finx said with a soft sigh as she readjusted her eyepatch.

Jared rolled his eye's, and took the eyepatch off. "You want to be strong, right? i'v seen you try to prove that many time's. Face the fear of that, and become a Warrior. You can't expect your father to hide you forever. "He said.

Finx gasped as he removed her eyebatch she had worn it ever since her eye had been hurt and just kept it on when when she reliezed it made her look more like a guy. "Do you wish for me to be myself?" she asked glancing at him with her black soulless eyes she knew that her eyes tended to creep people out they were so dark. "I'll even wear a dress if that is what you want. You are the boss." She sighed.

"I'm not forcing you to do anything. I'm just saying, you don't have to hide behind mask all the time "He said. he then put the eyepatch in her hand. He then left.

Finx sighed and dressed in well a dress she had bought this in the last town they had passed threw planning on revieling her true self to jared on her own time.

Anna almost slammed into jared as he exited the room "Suppers ready!" she said slightly annoyed then went into shaylins room "Suppers ready shaylin." she offered her arm to the girl.

Artiah's eyebrows raised at the traveler's excitement. "Haha, alright alright! Steady now!" He laughed. His companion was more ready than he was, actually. Before they left, Artiah stuffed a small bag with potions, some crusty bread and a satchel of gold and silver coins. He slung the bag around his shoulder, following Xian from behind.

The two stepped out, the door locked and they followed the path to the kingdom.

"Shouldn't take too long," he said. "If guards ever approach, leave the talking to me," Artiah did the thing with his hair again, combing his fingers through it and making it swish around freely.

Xian had laughed lightly "Sorry I'm just used to getting ready quickly in case of a clean getaway"he ran a hand through his hair nervously. "Leaving you to talk would be smart since i'm not good at that"he patted his hilt and was surprised at how the door to the cabin had locked itself magically.

(is finx's charecter actually acting like, a Girl!? Are pigs flying too?! )

Jared mumbled a Apology, and went to the dining hall

McKenzie didn't know how to respond at first. Her? Lead a battle in the name of the Black Queen... in the name of her own cousin? Training herself, as well as others, for such an impressive battle would take a lot of time and work. Time that would take her away from her cousin's side and perhaps cause her to miss rather important events. But then again, it was an honor to be offered such a high ranking possition. She reached out and set her hand on the elder man's shoulder.

"I am honored to have been given such a momentus offer, however, I will need time to give you my answer." Mckenzie smiled meekly and let her hand fall from the man's shoulder.

Shaylin opened her room door to find Anne with an open arm, ready to escort her to the dinning hall. She had changed from her blacksmith's garb and dawned a gown that had been left in her room. Taking Anne's arm, Shaylin was silent as they walked. She was still unsteady with thought and unsure of who was a ally or enemy

"I understand. Trust me, I do "He said, smiling. He then left. When He and Jared were at the dining table, they huddled close together, and started talking "The Queen has potential....so does her Cousin, but they have lived the live's of peasent's. They Need to see first hand what it means to be a part of the black legion."

"Yes master, I understand. "he said. "Don't worry. They are Compliant, as long as One doesn't hurt the other. "he said, nodding. "the Queen is quite beautiful though....So is...Alex."he said, still trying to figure out the Alex/finx

"My real names finx." She said from behind him ((she's wearing what she has on in the picture minus the eyepatch.))

"oh......"he said, dumbfounded. "okay......Finx. "he said.

Artiah and Xian were pretty close to the city's gates now. Two guards were posted on each side, but Artiah didn't let them faze him. He motioned Xian to walk next to him. Artiah didn't waited for the guards to halt him either.

"Here we are," Artiah said. "The city plaza."

The plaza was bustling as usual, a statue of Annabelle stood at the center with a fountain surrounding it. Elves walked past each other left and right to visit the many market stalls that reside at the edges of the plaza. One or two guards were patrolling the area, eyeing on Xian, but eased when they saw he was with Artiah.

"Whats wrong shaylin?" Anna asked with a smile "I would understand if you wished to remain in you're room you have had a most interesting day to say the least."

Xian had moved closer to Artiah when he motioned to him. He watched the two guards with hesitation for fear of being captured again.

"There should be plenty of information here"he looked around at all the people"This place is massive"Xian moved his hair behind his head.He turned to face Artiah and moved closer "Is there a castle that can give us more informationhe said quietly as he noticed people already were staring at him.

People were starting to notice there's an outsider of their kingdom. Some looked like they were ready to lure Xian into inns and charge extra since he was a foreigner. Artiah wouldn't let that happen.

"The castle? Yes," Artiah said, looking to the north of the plaza. "However, it's off-limits to us normal civilians. What more for you?"

But that doesn't mean Xian can't break in.

At this point, Artiah was feeling nervous about Xian's plans. Why go that far? However, if Xian could get through this alive, Artiah would have his hands on some good gossip. Elves love gossip.

"I'll take you there, but I won't be able to get in." He said, walking again to the direction of the castle. "We'll pretend I'm taking you out to some sight-seeing. By the way, have some of this," Artiah tossed a tiny bottle of ointment, the contents smelling like strong herbs. "Would make a perfect guise that you were just given some therapy by me. You can easily wash it off too if needed."
