You always make the contest more interesting both as a judge and contestant because you view avatars so differently.

xD Both for good and for evil, I think. Because I can be something of a wildcard judge, I think it makes it more difficult for contestants to build an outfit that would make all the judges happy. (Which, I suppose, might be a good thing, as it'll be what most likely makes people go with their gut instincts about what "should" be on the avatar, rather than catering towards the judges specifically.)

I can tell you, though, that as a contestant, knowing that the judges with their styles being much different from mine were going to be looking at the avatar, it did make me approach things at a slightly different angle. I'd try to add touches of color in places I normally wouldn't bother with, though it often made the result nicer.

I think that even though it sounds like your job can get boring at times, it's overall an interesting job. xD And since you're kind of "boss" there, it is probably overall less mundane than it would be if you worked as and were treated like a base employee. :3

CK, Honestly, it's hard for me to choose where I want you more, mostly because I love your interpretation of the challenges, but also because of exactly what you just said. You're definitely the wild card judge that makes the contestants step back and think about how technical their entries are. Because contestants do tend to tailor their entries towards the judges which I think is sad because I don't want them to make something that they think will please me. I want them to make something that they will be proud of that we can be proud of them for. And that's kind of what I like about this contest. Because I don't always give the highest score to the best avatar. I like to reward the effort when I can, especially for the contestants who show that they're growing and are willing to try new things.

What does it involve?

Kirin, it's going to be a 5 or 6 week contest (I haven't decided how many challenges I'm going to do for sure yet) where the contestants compete against each other in a series of avatar challenges which are scored and critiqued by a panel of judges until one winner is declared. Kind of like Project Runway, but with avatars.

It worked Cora, it did. xD

Does anyone have a favorite jello flavor they'd like to share. Or top 3?
