Funny. When I first wrote how I pronounced it I had it as "Say-Kee" and then I said it out loud like three times and realized I say it "Sec-Kee" XDD. A well! Don't drop the Nova! I already accidentally mix you up with Seito some times because the usernames are so close (not really but my mind sees it as close) XD The Nova adds the difference hahaha

Seiki looks Japanese to me, so I pronounce it the Japanese way. o 3o Which is close to say-key. X3

Then you would be correct.

I've confused myself for Seito actually xD The big problem with my username is I really hate when people call me Nova. Like, it's not a big deal, but I think it's really annoying because it's always been such a common thing for people to call me Seiki.

I think that's what I thought when I was making the username back when I joined Gaia and was addicted to Japanese anime/manga stuff.

i always pronounce i's in the french ee way that i was taught in high school. and it just kind of stuck. xD

@Shadami - Hmm, it's a little embarrassing to think about. My username was Tony and I let a guy flirt with me, thinking I was a guy. I guess I just liked the idea of people thinking of me as a guy after that. X3 I don't mind telling people I'm a girl if they ask/want to know, though~

Jai: Jay, zj-ay, or j-aye.

i came up with it as a nickname cause i didn't want to use Jay. xD but i wanted to call him Jay. (my hubby) and he says english rules says its more like j-aye.
the j being like a hard g or something. and i kept looking at him like he was crazy.

i'm just glad i know now. xD hopefully i remember. i don't like to mess up genders. Though if you prefer to be a guy I can still think of you that way. I have a hard time calling my friend a male and by the name he chose when he declared himself a man. no sex change. Just the pronouns and name. whatever that change is called. i can never remember.

If you continue to call me a she, it won't bother me. I don't think it's really a big deal or anything and I'm always highly amused when people are surprised by it.

i just kind of got lucky when i found out. Cause i had never actually used a gender term on you. actually. i rarely use them until i know. and someone just happened to state that "Seiki is off on some trip. He won't be back for awhile" or something like that. and it was one of those stops you in your tracks moment for a double take. xD
