Tatsuo woke up a few minutes later and looked down at Love. He had a crick in his neck from sleeping how he did, but he didn't mind.

She smiled up at him. "I'm sorry you slept that way but it was a nice way to wake up. at least for me." She sat up and stretched groaning loudly

Tatsuo smiled, "It's not a problem. I just need to work this kink out of my neck." His hand had found it's way up to his neck and he had started massaging it a little, wincing a little, but then stopped. "You know, it's odd. the worst pain i've ever had was a sprained ankle. and yet, you break something all the time. How do you manage?" He asked, curious, but not really wanting an answer.

She giggled and gently pushed him. "I do not break things that often!" She rolled her eyes and reached up to massage his neck for him. "Turn around ill get it for you." Once Tatsuo had turned around she reached up and used both hands and pressed and massaged his neck firmly. She knew it might hurt a little but it would feel so much better.

Tatsuo smiled and said "Yeah huh. you hurt yourself in one way or another at least every couple of weeks." He then winced and stopped talking for a bit. " You mind if i go for a jog for about fifteen minutes Once we get you breakfast and you get all situated downstairs?"

"I am not hungry right now. go for your jog. When you get back we will talk about food" She smiled and released his neck hoping the muscles had loosened some

Tatsuo Smiled when she let go, feeling a bit better. Only the rest of the day would make it feel better. "Thanks Love. I'll bring your crutches up before i go for a jog so you can get around up here and get dressed and all that stuff. I'll bring you some ice too for your ankle." He got up and went downstairs, grabbed the crutches and the ice, returned to love and told her he would be back in a few minutes, and that he was only going to jog to the chevron and back. He was still wearing the clothes from the day before, so he grabbed his jogging shorts and went to the bathroom and changed, leaving his pants on the floor next to his bag. he then hugged Love and went downstairs and left for his jog.

Love smiled and stood up hopping on one foot to the dresser to pick out her clothes. She picked a pair of short work out shorts and a tank top. She sat on the bed and carefully took of the cast so she could change. Balancing on one foot she changed out of the skirt and shirt and into the clean lounging clothes. She then hopped over to her laundry basket and put the clothes in, being careful not to touch her bad foot to the ground. She hopped back and sat back on her bed with her foot up and placed the ice on it as she waited for Tatsuo.

Once Tatsuo got back, he let himself in the door, went upstairs, and went into Love's Room. "Hey." He said, catching his breath. "Are you hungry yet?" He asked, once it was caught. "And do you need help going down stairs, or will you just scoot down like we used to in elementary school?" He had done it with her in elementary school when she hurt her foot doing something (he couldn't remember what) so that she wouldn't feel funny or get funny looks. He would tell their peers that they were racing each other down in a safe way if they asked, like most jerk off kids were going to do.

She laughed. "Yeah kinda. And you don't need to carry me. I will just scoot down like i used to. I can get up the same way you know so you don't always have to carry me." She reached down and took the melting ice off of her ankle and turned so her legs were off the bed. She stood up slowly and hopped on one foot toward the door.

"Love, use your crutches. You don't want to fall again." He went and handed her her crutches. "What do you want to eat?" He asked once they were downstairs and in the kitchen.

She sighed and used her crutches. "They are uncomfortable." She hoped up onto a bar stool by the kitchen. "Cereal is fine with me. I don't need anything special. The captain crunch is in the cupboard and you know where the milk is." She leaned forward onto the counter.

"Do you need me to make makeshift cushions for the armpits with washcloths and rubberbands?" he asked, looking in the fridge. He found eggs and ham. "I'm going to make myself some scrambled eggs with ham. You sure you don't want any?"

"No. Ill just hop around when your not looking. and yeah i just want the cereal. I don't much care for eggs." She laid her head on her hands and closed her eyes.

"Then i'll always be watching. besides, hopping around isn't exactly a silent action." He pulled the eggs out of the fridge and went to get Love's Cereal. He poured it and gave it to her before making himself some eggs. When he was done he ate them quickly and looked for some more to eat. "Love, i'm still-" He stopped midsentence and started making himself some oatmeal.

She laughed at him as she ate her cereal. "Eat as much as you want. But you really should finish sentences though."She smiled. "You have to leave sometime. and when you do i will ditch the crutches. And the doctor never said i had to walk on the crutches. Just that i couldn't walk on my foot."

"Sorry, but i think when i leave, Cody will be here. and so, you won't be able to or he'll probably just pick you up." He smiled, knowing how love was going to hate all of this. He finished making his oatmeal and ate it after putting some milk in it. "Om nom nom." He said happily. it had been a while since he had oatmeal.

She laughed at him. "If he won't let me then we will most likely just fight again. But i have a feeling it will be for the last time." She sighed softly and stood up using her crutches to head toward the living room leaving half of her cereal untouched. She curled herself up on the couch and turned on the tv.

Tatsuo sighed and followed her into the living room, bringing his bowl of oatmeal with him "Why do you say that, Love?" he looked concerned. "He's never hit you before, has he?" He would get pissed if he had, and would probably not let cody in the house that day if he had hit her. he took a bite of oatmeal and waited for Love to respond.

"Oh no nothing like that." She shook her head and looked down. "I saw the look in his eyes. Hes done with me. Then next time we fight will be our last. But i am not going to let him dump me. I am going to have to be the first to do it." She sighed and laid her head down on the pillow

Tatsuo nodded. "I see. " He bit his tongue and thought, That boy is trouble. i've always known it...

She sighed and picked some random action movie before laying down and closing her eyes fighting back tears.

Tatsuo's listened for Love's breathing pattern. "Hey now, you'll manage. I promise..." He sat down next to her and took her hand. "It's going to turn out just fine."

She turned around and curled up against him her face in his neck. She started crying quietly on his shoulder. "I just don't know what i did to make him not want me any more."

"there now, I'm sure he still wants you. You're an amazing girl and he's so lucky to have you." Tatsuo held love close and comforted her. "Ill always be here for you, Love. I promise."
