"Hello," he greeted in return as he took note of her accent. With a slight grin he replied jokingly, "I have to unfortunately. A consequence of having social status I'm afraid."

Gwenlin giggled. 'Is this even somewhat enjoyable?'

With a heavy sigh he shook his head, "Not really, but I do what I must." Smiling at the girl he looked at her and cocked his head to the side slightly, "You're not from around here, are you? You have an interesting accent."

(She's dressed normally now ^-^ I mentioned it in my first post. I just copy/pasted her background, so I didn't look that much at what it said.)

Gwenlin grinned. 'Apparently I was born here, but I don't remember much of it. I lived away from here until a couple of years ago.'

"That's interesting. Why did you leave, if you don't mind me asking?" he questioned cautiously.

'People found me and brought me back to see this place,' Gwenlin said. 'I go back to the island regularly, though.'

Rheagar nodded his head a few times before realizing he hadn't introduced himself, "Forgive me, I'm Rheagar," he said as he extended his right hand charged with a bit of magic.

Gwenlin looked a the magical charge with slight surprise.

Rheagar was surprised she could see his magic without him intentionally showing her an illusion or something. Most people didn't have an eye for these things unless they had experience with magic themselves. He smiled slightly, "You have good eyes. I can show you a trick if you'd like?"

(Just so you know, putting something down like that in a roleplay implies the other character is able to see it, so if they're not supposed to, either don't put it down or mention it's invisible.)

(Sorry. Lets just say you could see it for now then. . .)

'Sure,' Gwenlin said, giving him a small smile.

Rheagar smiled, "Okay." Taking a deep breath he clapped his hands together and slowly started to fade away right in front of the woman's eyes.

Gwenlin gasped, then grinned broadly. 'That's amazing!'

"You want to know what's even more amazing?" he asked while still concealed.

'Sure,' Gwenlin said.

He chuckled before he reappeared behind the woman, "I still don't know your name."

Gwenlin laughed lightly. 'I'm Gwenlin. This is Meldo.' She tickled the monkey under his chin.

Rhea grinned broadly. "A pleasure to meet you milady. And you as well Ser Meldo."

(What is the time period that our world is based on? Meant to ask this earlier)

(I typically use Gwenlin in a modern-day setting ^^ Perhaps Rhea's being sarcastic there?)
