(yep :3 I had this idea where she would know that Lex wasn't happy about Clark dating since the guys were best friends and all. It would take away their time to hang out and chat, then Clark would only talk about Lana to others, especially Lex. So kind of like a hidden side to Lana where she doesn't and won't share Clark with anyone)

Lana chose the turkey, lettuce, and tomato sandwich. Simple and healthy, just the way she liked her sandwiches. Lex suspiciously eyed Lana, wondering what she was up to, however, after a little of talking and eating. She could see Lex just a little bit still sitting in his car. So she figured he would have to get rid of him one way or another. Lana smiled and leaned into Clark, cuddling with him "It's a bit chilly out here isn't it?" she asked still smiling.

Chloe didn't leave any messages, she went home, no one was there. Her dad was working late and her mother wasn't there again. She went into the bathroom with her phone and started a hot bath with lavender bubbles up. She did like the way lavender smelled and how calming it was. She undressed after locking the door and climbed in while picking up her phone from the closed toilet seat lid and text'd Pete [sorry pete, i didn't mean to kiss you out of the blue...i was in the moment...it didn't mean anything...] of course she did mean it, but, she wouldn't ever admit that if she wanted her friendship back as close as she could get it to.

(Oh I get it then Lex would notice what Lana is doing and does whatever he can to break the two up, right?. But still they would need to find out about Clark's secret at some point.)

Clark would eat himself an ham and cheese sandwich. He would notice Lana was looking somewhere but not sure what he was looking cause he wasn't in an good postion to even notice Lex's car with him inside it. But he didn't question it cause so far he would think everything is ok. So that nagging feeling inside him didn't bother him to much about it. "Yea it is.." wraps his arms aound her and held her close. "But thats why I bought another blanket." chuckles alittle. he grabs the blanket and wraps it around themself. "Unless you want to go somewhere that abit warmer." smiles at her.

Hear his cell go off and knew it was a text message. He looks at the cell and saw it was Chloe. But he was to tired to even read it so he decides to go to sleep earily. Turning off the light he would roll over andgo to sleep.

(Well, I know they have to find out the secret some time, maybe she should discuss on how farther in on that they would find out. But, I was thinking, Lex notices this and tries to give Clark a heads up about Lana's intentions but, Clark thinks Lex is just trying to steal her from him)

"I'll be warm enough this way" she smiled as they watched the sun go down, it was really beautiful, she finally got everything she wanted. Popularity, her own business, and her prince charming. However, she did want love in a relationship and figured there would be something in between her and Clark.

Chloe finished up in the tub and then changed going to bed. She actually stayed up on her laptop for awhile figuring more weird things out. Her mind went back to Clark and his little secret that no one ever knew. Then she shut the laptop and laid down going to sleep. She was curious yes, but, no point in anything if she couldn't get some sleep.

Lana talked to Clex Clark about different things and how she was glad they were together. After that night ended, things had gone pretty smoothly between Lana and Clark, that Lex had rarely seen the two. Well more like, he hadn't been able to talk to either much. Lana got busy at the Talon, Clark had schooling and Lana to keep him busy. He felt a little left out of tings since it had been about a week, almost two weeks later.

It been going good between both him and Lana. And he had managed to keep his secret from her. But yet Lana has been keeping him very busy..Even his parents notice there was a change in Clark but they thought it was nothing. Everyday when he came home, he always goes out again with Lana. Or Lana came by and they hanged out in the barn. Some how he still managed to save two people this week. One from a burning building and another from being crush by a speeding train. And yet no one knew how they managed to survive.

It was the weekend he got done doing the chores. Clark heads inside the house to wash off and gets changed. he was heading over to Talon once he was done to go see Lana. He checks his messages and see there was alot from Lana. The girl always tend to call him nearly 24/7. And when they do talk..it would be almost past midnight before they got off if they wasn't already out. So it was very hard for Lex or any other of his friends to get a hold on him.

Clark got dressed heads downstairs as Martha was in the kitchen cleaning. "Bye mom, going to see Lana." Says as he walks outside. He knew Lex had been calling him at home but he was always to busy to call back. It was strange it just seem he never had time to hang out with Lex anymore like he did. But to him it was normal cause Lex had a busy life himself. He walks to his truck to get in it.

Lex kept himself busy with his own job, did more things to try and keep the traditional style of things and to keep his father at bay as much as he possibly could. Lately Lex (keep trying to write Clex lol) had seen Clark here and there, but, not as much as he would like to. Lana hadn't been paying him any attention, not even for the sake of the Talon.

"Bye Clark, have a good day" Martha, Clark's mother, replied as she had gotten ready to prepare lunch for her and Jonathan, lately Clark had been off with Lana so much that it began to worry Martha. "What's wrong?" Jonathan asked his wife walking over and kissing her on the lips to say good afternoon "Clark has been hanging out with Lana so much lately, I'm worried, his friends keep calling every now and then, but, he is always off with her" she started thinking that's all Clark did was hang out with Lana.

Lex had told Lana she had to close down the Talon before he went to see Clark. That's how he knew Clark and Lana weren't hanging out. "Hey Clark" Lex called out to get his attention, Lana just got the news before Lex went to see Clark, that Lex was going to close down the shop. SO not many others would know about it.

(Yea I know what you mean..I nearly do the same to mine lol. Btw I order both season 1 and season 2 of smallville...of course the funny thing they came on different days and not in the same order...season 2 came in the mail on monday and I got season 1 today lol)

Clark open the door but when he heard his name called out. He closes the door and turns around to see Lex. "Oh Lex hey.. meaning to call you but I been busy." says. Of course there was alot of people that his mom told him that called. And always told her that he would call them back but never did. So it seem to be a habit with him ever since he been dating Lana. "By the way..I got a text from Lana eariler..why are you closing down Talon? You know Lana loves that shop." Yea Clark was kinda angry that Lex was doing that. But he manage to keep his anger in check.

Pete hangs up after calling to Clark's mother again. He been trying to get a hold to talk to Clark about what happen between him and Chloe. Ever since that day he didn't even replied to Chloe or anything but it looks like he had no other choice but to send Chloe an text message. 'Hey Chlo....if you ever hear from Clark tell him give me a call. I need to talk to the dude but he is never home. Lana has him on a short lease it seems. Oh I'm sorry about not replying..maybe we should talk...call me or text me..' hitting the send button before heads out to town.

"Sounds like we both have, my father won't leave me alone for even a minute" Lex stated understanding how busy lives get. "I dont see a reason to have a worker under my name do something she wishes not to do" he spoke adding "So in a way I'm doing her a favor" Lex didn't care who was mad over it "But, then again, i dont like people who think they can control my family either" he stated in a lower voice.

Chloe went on with her usual days, she ignored the idiots and jocks, ignored going out with anyone since her wall of weird was her top priority, and ignored Lana who was ignoring everyone not in her league. But, that's how you get when you get with the guy you have been crushing over for ages. Chloe was reading up on articles to write about when she got a text from her phone from Pete. She sighed opening it to read the text 'Oh yea, like Clark will talk to anyone now that he is with Lana...I'm starting to not like her very much...we can text right now, im busy trying to find a new article to write about...without clark here, it's hard to find the good stuff anymore' she sent the text.

"Well all I know Lana doesn't like it..." drifting off. Of course which also means without Talon Lana would spend even more time with Clark. And it was really started to wear him down alittle between saving people and school work. He was more behind on his school work than ever. Yes they do study together but it was more making out than studing. And his parents wasn't happy either that he had bought home some test with bad grades on it either. But it didn't seem to bother him to much like the others thoguht he would be. It was like Clark was the puppet and Lana was the puppet master or something. Clark notice Lex say something and with his super hearing he heard what Lex mumbled to himself. "What are you talking about?" not even sure what the real reason why Lex came out here in the first place.

"She doesn't love you Clark, Lana is just playing with you" Lex said as he turned back to his car "I originally came to say hi and to see whats been going on?" Lex heard his phone go off as he checked it, he finished the meeting earlier, but, now his father wanted to drill him for details while he is in metropolis. "Look, you probably have another date with Lana, you should go, she'll be waiting" and probably be waiting to vent to Clark about what Lex did about the Talon.

Clark looks at him weird abit and shakes his head. He was dismissing that idea and says "Your just jealous..that I have Lana and you don't.." says. He heard his own cell going off again figuring it was Lana wondering where he was. "Anyway yea your right I need to get there...but call me when ever you get a chance. We can hang out later." that was a maybe. He did admit that he did miss out hanging out with his friends. Maybe he was hanging out with Lana to much. But he didn' think it was a problem. Clark return to his truck and gets in it and takes off to met with Lana.

Lex didn't even get his word in, but, it didn't matter. He took Clark's words to heart, the fact that Clark said he was Jealous, something in him said he was right. Lex got back in his car and drove off heading to the Talon to get something from it before it would close down for good. Maybe he would turn it into a charity or something to keep his father from getting it. He would figure out something, but, his mind was more on Clark and Lana's relationship. He parked his car, he had to at least get the place checked out, figure out what to do with it.

Clark heads toward Lana's house figuring thats where she was. There wouldn't be no way she could be at Talon since after all Lex told her to close. His mind couldn't help but to drift over to Lex. The man was sometimes confusing, cause he didn't understand why Lex told him Lana didn't love him that he was just being used. After all the work Lex did to bring them together. There was something else going on but he couldn't put his finger on it. Mainly because he thought Lex was jealous that he got Lana and Lex didn't.

One thing for sure if it was true Clark would be crushed. But that was something far off from his mind anyway. Arriving at Lana's place he turns off the engine and gets out of the truck. He looks around while he heads to the front door and rings the doorbell. Taking and step back he place his hands into his pocket while waiting for someone to answer the door.

(Brain freeze! *rubs head* just ate a icecream pop really fast before posting. Stupid but I didn't want it to melt on me lol.)

Lana wasn't even close to Lex's type of girl considering all those he had been with in the past. Lana opened the door, she had been busy texting anyone she knew about what Lex had done about the Talon. "Clark" her eyes lit up and she hugged him "Come in, come in" she had her hair down like she normally did and her outfit consisted of jeans, flat shoes, and a cute blouse that was lavender.

(Um, i figured maybe a meteorite piece got close to Lana and maybe it changed her attitude this way but no one knows that? I figured that would change her attitude or explain it, told you im tired)

(Yea plus I was thinking when they break up. Lana would blame Lex for the break up and trys to kill him thats when both Lana and Lex would find out the truth about everything. After Clark saves Lex.)

Clark smiles lightly and hugs her back once she answered the door. "Hey Lana" there has been changes in Lana's mood lately but he just thought thats how girls was. He walks inside and closes the door behind him. "How are you doing? I know loosing Talon must be hard. But you have been not paying attention to it lately." says. Deciding to come out and say it. Maybe he could find out if Lex was really telling the truth about Lana's feelings or not. But he would have to take it slowly. Clark moves over into the living room and sits down on the couch.

(whats with the art request in your siggy? JC. Also that's a great idea for the story, that way we can get that out of the way later on)

"What are you talking about? I worked there every day when we're not together" she stated not realizing they were together most of the entire time. Lana asks Clark "Want anything to drink, Clark?" Lana asked, she seemed to be in her usual mood when they were together and when others were around she seemed to be clingy. The room seemed to be decorated in a comfortable mood setting.

(Oh I'm just looking for someone that can draw good. I want my avi drawn out. Cause I want to put it in my scrapbook. And I can't draw no way cause I'm not good at drawing. And yea I figure we can used that idea later. I just wanted to post it before I forgot about it =P I'm bad about forgetting things like that for rps.)

Clark looks around the living room alittle. He wanted to tell her she was to clingy but then he didn't want to hurt her feelings. "No I'm fine I don't want anything to drink but....we need to talk.." pauses for an moment looking at her with a serious look. "Lana you don't...we spin to much time together. And I think everyone is starting to get annoyed with it. The only time we don't spend together is at night most of the time." says standing up. He walks over and place his hands on her shoulder. "I haven't seen you working at Talon in nearly two weeks. Ever since we started dating. We are either at the movies, at dinner, or at each others house. And I guess Lex notices it."

"Talk? About what?" she asked confused wondering what was going on now that she hadn't heard about. Most of the time she had heard about things. "So what, who cares about what other's think? We're together Clark, finally together, don't you want to be together?" Lana asks, she was starting to sound upset "I thought you wanted to be with me, I thought you liked me" however when the mention of Lex' name came up, she almost couldn't stand it "Lex? As in Lex Luthor, the guy's family who ruin's everyones lives because they can? Because they want to play with their toys (jobs) and change things up like it's their world?" Lana spoke "Everyone else is jealous, that's why they don't like it, and I don't know why, but, I have a feeling that Lex is jealous too, maybe he doesn't like you having me" Lana spoke not sitting next to Clark or really near him for that much anyways.

Clark looks at her when he said Lex's name. There was something change about her, he knew it. She was never like this before they got to together and whatever it is just made her go crazy or something. It was the time to end it until he figures something out. "Lana look I know everyone don't like the Luthor family because what they do. But Lex was giving you more chances than ever for Talon." walking over and takes her hand. "I do like you alot but I think its time we just cool it down just abit. Have some space between us." Hopefully alittle break between them would work. But he wasn't sure Lana would like that but whatelse could he do. He was began to think more clearly now and there always been strange things going on in Smallville.

Lana almost accused him of breaking up with her, but, taking a break meant that it would only be for a little bit and they would still kind of be together. However, she took a different route thinking that Lex Luthor was the one to blame in this situation. "A break? Will that really help you?" Lana asks as she doesn't move her hand away, but, instead held onto his. She was so going to make Lex pay for ruining her relationship.

Clark looks at her and nods "Yes just some time to think things out...is that alright with you?" He looks at her it was to bad that he could read people's mind was one of his powers. If it was he would surely used it to see what Lana was thinking or anything that cause her to change. Something was up maybe this time away from Lana would work to see how she really feels. Clark moves his hand away alittle after Lana had held onto him before he stands up.

"No, it's fine. I understand things have changed, maybe we both have some things to think about" Lana smiled "I would like it if you would leave though" Lana wanted to ask where Lex went, but, she figured Chloe would know and wouldn't ask twice about why she wanted to know. Lana would wait until Clark was out of the driveway and she text'd Chloe.

Chloe was sitting in her room, she had been busy with focusing on other things since Clark was busy, and Lana was with Clark. Chloe heard the text, she was about to take a bubble bath to relax. Though she was way too curious if Clark was texting her or not even though he didn't have a cell until not too long ago.

No, I dont know, last I heard he was at Clark's house, why?

Lana didn't text her back and sat there on the couch dialing his number "Hey Lex, it's Lana" "What do you want?" Lex replied back on the phone "I wanted to talk to you in person, to apologize" "why would you have a reason to apologize, I'm not opening the Talon again" "You don't have to Lex, I just, want to talk in person, can we?" "Today?" "Yea, if it's not too much trouble, I mean I know you're busy, I just hoped we could..." Lana slowed herself down and Lex agreed with it saying he was at the Talon. Lana later met up with Lex there seeing him sitting in one of the chairs waiting and reading a recent newspaper.

Chloe called Clark waiting for his phone to pick up her call. "Lana, so what did you want to talk about?" Lex asks standing up "I wanted to apologize" "For what" "Clark and I broken up because of you" "Lana I don't believe how I am involved in your relationship" "You just couldn't let me have him all to myself, could you?" Lana sounded jealous now. "Lana, I am not here to ruin your relationship, where is this coming from?" Lex asks not sure if this had anything to do with him. "Clark broke up with me because of something you said confused him, and now here we are" Lana began adding "I won't be apologizing for taking your life this time" Lana spoke pulling out a gun and aiming it at Lex, her eyes determination in them, however, they sparked a little green once and then faded. Lex had seen her eyes change, he was confused as it why it happened, but, right now that was the least of his problems.

When Clark returned home after leaving Lana. At first he thought she was fine and understood about this. He walks into the door before his mom comes up to him "Clark is everything ok?" "Huh? What you mean?" Clark says looking confused at his mom. "Well I just got a call from Chloe asking if you was home. Lana texted her asking if she knew where Lex was." says her voice was very concerned on what was going on. "Oh me and Lana decide to take a break." shrugged abit as he walks into the kitchen Martha would follow Clark in the kitchen. His dad was working outside so he wouldn't be able to hear anything from this. "Oh I see..well I have notice both of you spending so much time together. It did seem strange. You had kinda change alittle not calling your friends everytime you come home. You always go to the barn with Lana or come home late." says. Clark looks over at his mom knew she had notice what was going on. "Mom can tell if she change?" Clark asked his mom nod. "Yea I have notice her mood had change alot over the two weeks. But anyway back to what we was talking about..why would Lana be looking for Lex?"

Clark was going to take a drink from his glass of water before he stops thinking. "Oh no...." there is no possible way she would go after Lex. After all she was blame Lex for their break up. Clark looks over at Martha "Sorry I need to go" and in a blink of a eye he was gone out of the kitchen. Some paper flies everywhere once he left leaving his mom very confused before she knew something was up. Clark heads toward Talon figuring thats where both Lana and Lex would be. Hoping he would get there before he was to late which at his speed would take no time getting there.

He stops infront of Talon good thing no one was around to see him before looking around. He saw both Lana and Lex's car there so he was right that they would be here. Using his x-ray vison he look thru the walls and saw Lana and she was pointing a gun right at Lex. He had to get in there fast before Lana shoots his best friend.

(Yea my hand start to hurt typing so much...in one of my other rps you should see how long a post I typed..my hand hurted abit afterwords lol)

"Lana please think about what you are doing here" Lex was trying to talk her out of it "I am thinking about what I am doing, with you gone, no one can hurt anymore. Two birds with one stone I guess you can say" she was thinking about how this would effect Lionel Luthor and she would be pleased when Lex would be dead. She imagined her and Clark running away together at the very least, she wouldn't tell anyone about this, and if anyone found out,s he would have to kill them too. No witnesses. "I'm not the reason you two broke up, Lana" Lex stated "Yes you are, even if you're not, I'm not going to just walk away from this, you'll just blackmail me later, like you do everyone" Lana stated and without any hesitation she pulled the trigger as the gun went off twice, and Lana smiled about that time.

(Yea me too of course it depends on the other person weither or not I can pull off a big post.) (Anyway you know I am willing to do more rps with you. The more the merrier. I like rping with you why do you think I nom you =P. Its rare for people to make to my top three in my favorite parnter list. Cause so many others had disappeared over time. So its hard to find someone I do enjoy to rp with.)

Knowing this would blow his secret but he couldn't let Lana kill Lex over something so small. But there was something else going on with her and one thing he had to do is get Lex away from her. Once the bullet left the chamber in the gun it seem time seem to slow down cause to others it would be normal but to him it wasn't. Using his super human speed he comes inbetween the bullet and Lex. They woukd just bound off of him as he uses himself as a shield infront of Lex to block anymore bullets that would be fired. It would be a big shock for both Lana and Lex on how he got here so fast and how the bullets didn't hurt him at all. But then it would probbly answer Lex's questions on how Clark was ok on the day of the accident. Clark would have alot of explaining to do towards Lex once he figures out to stop Lana. "Lana stop!" says glaring at her.

(Yea I know what you mean, Four years of online roleplaying and I barely have been satisfied with roleplay partners)

Lex raised his arms to block his face mostly from the impact of the bullet as it sounded off. He waited for the pain to hit him, however, when it didn't bring pain, he wondered what had happened. He was still standing up and so was Clark now, Clark was in front of him, and he didn't know how that was possible.

"Clark?" Lana exclaimed causing Lex to realize who his savior was "H-how did you...but you got shot...and..." Lana spoke as it didn't make any sense as to how he wasn't harmed. "What are you doing Clark, why are you protecting him? After everything his family did to everyone, including yours, why do you still protect him?" Lana was furious, but, really confused at the same time. "Clark, how did you just? Are you hurt?" Lex asked as he stayed behind his best friend, but, didn't see an exit wound from the bullet.
