Vincent's head wasn't throbbing when he woke up, thank the gods. Already, that put him in a much better mood. He did, however, ache just about everywhere else, and he bit back a groan as he climbed out of his makeshift shelter the next morning. He'd ended up sleeping more than he thought, although it still wasn't all that much, but it was something, at least.
Tessa, however, was already out on the shore, figuring out how to get herself breakfast. She knew how to fish, it was just a matter of finding them. She'd already poked around and found a little freshwater stream a ways into the trees, so they would be alright in that regard for a little while once the water bottles ran out (and she knew they would), but she still wanted breakfast that consisted of something other than preservatives and sugar. So fishing it was.

Adonia looked over at Tessa and briefly debated asking for one of the fish she caught. Then she discarded that idea and got to her feet, stretching briefly before she looked around. Time to figure out what all was on the island. Without a word to the others, she started into the trees, figuring it would be better if she got a little ways away from the others first.
Liam was also already up when Vincent got up, going through their supplies and figuring out what they had and what they'd need to get soon. He'd also found what clothes he could and he'd put them in piles. That way they might be able to change if they got soaked, or needed extra clothes or something.

"Need a hand?" Vincent asked as he went to see what Liam was doing. He ignored the women for now. They wanted to be cold and lonesome, he'd let them for now. No skin off his neck.
Tessa ignored them both as she went over to the remnants of the fire and poked it to cautious life; just enough so that she could set her fish to cook. She could eat it raw, of course, and had before, but now was not one of the times she wanted to.

"Sure." Liam shot him a brief smile. "I'm looking for things we can keep and things we can use. Like these--" he pointed to some torn clothes that had clearly fallen out of their luggage on the way down "--we can use for bandages, if we need to, or slings or things." He shrugged. It made sense to him. He'd watched TV, after all.

Vincent nodded.
"Alright," he said. He could look for such things. He set back off towards the main wreckage and started to sift through it, using his power to move aside the bigger an heavier pieces to get to the things underneath. When he found bits and pieces that could be useful, he dragged them back to the pile Liam was accumulating.

Liam made note of Vincent's Talent, figuring it could come in handy later, and kept sorting through things and saving things that they'd need.
Overall, what they had left from the crash was not much. Not nearly enough to last any length of time, probably only another day or two depending on how much each person ate and drank. Tessa, he noted wryly, seemed to be doing just fine on her own.

Vincent noticed he was only pulling a few useable things from the wreck, and saw that the supplies weren't going to last long.
"I'm thinking we should make contingency plans now," he said as he pulled over a few more bits and pieces. "Rather than later, if we run out of things before we're rescued. What say you?"

"Sounds fair to me." Liam sighed. "So, any ideas what we should do? Looks like she's got some experience getting fish, but it also doesn't look like she's going to share." He kept his voice down so Tessa couldn't hear them.

"She doesn't strike me as very social at all," Vincent agreed, also keeping his voice low. "Maybe we should try on our own? Since I doubt she'll share at all."
Tessa just glanced at them. She could hear the low murmurs, but couldn't make out the exact words. After a moment, she turned back to her breakfast.

"We could try," Liam agreed, though he sounded uneasy. "Do you have any experience fishing?" He sure as hell didn't. The only time he ate fish was in sushi or a nice salmon steak.

Vincent shook his head.
"Not really," he replied. "I mean, my father took me out as a child, but otherwise..." He shrugged a bit. "It can't be too hard, can it?"

Liam smiled grimly. "Too bad we don't have any netting around here... You haven't seen any, have you?" He looked at Vincent. Because otherwise he had a feeling they'd be fishing for a looooong time.

Vincent shook his head.
"No, I didn't see any," he replied. He doubted there was any in the first place. The ship had only been a passenger craft, after all, it wasn't as if it should have been carrying things like netting.

Liam sighed. Well, there went that idea. Hmm. Now to come up with some other brilliant plan.
"Maybe we can use some of these shirts?" Even he sounded doubtful though, looking at the clothes they had left.

"Maybe," Vincent replied, glancing towards the water. He had an idea that might work, but it would definitely take some practice and fine-tuning to get it right, if it did work.
