My little sister by a miracle beat past a bit on Zelda which I couldn't for two years. Now the game will be ruined for me. I know her, she ruins everything when I tell her not to.

What exactly do you mean by ruined? Do you mean that she'll spoil things for you? If that's the case, the only thing I can try to suggest is maybe try playing in secret. But if you had trouble getting past that area, it wouldn't hurt to maybe let her help if she knows how..?

I never want to complete the game, I know the ending and all that but I don't want her to get there before me. All my stuff I saved has been stolen as she took my file.
I don't want her to help as she doesn't know and I don't want it.
It's hard to explain.
