Valefar walked with Vixen in silence until they reached the market. When they arrived, he looked around at all the different angels and fallen angels he saw there. Immediately he felt out of place and self conscious.

"Don't worry Valefar, neither of us are out of place here. And besides most of the angels you see here have been banished from the angelic kingdom. Like that girl over there with the baby, she had been forced into having a vampire child but somehow managed to survive, the angel council kicked her out of the kingdom because she refused to give up her child. And him over there, he had been captured by some angel soldiers who cut off one of his wings, he was told he couldn't go back to the demonic kingdom. Also those girls over there, all tainted, fallen, or dark angels." Vixen said softly pointing out each other the people she was talking about before she lead him to the angel woman with the vampire child and spoke to her for a few moments before she was handed a basket full of coal and some type of red and orange fruits that were hard to the touch. Vixen thanked her before looking at Valefar. "Do you see anything here you would like? Luna has all sorts of demon food." she smiled softly and the woman nodded and smiled as her little girl came over and sat in her lap lightly before looking at the two and stretched her arms out for Vixen to pick her up. Vixen smiled and easily sat the basket down and picked up the little girl who smiled and berried her face in her neck. "You wouldn't happen to be the demon prince would you?" Luna asked quietly to Valefar so no one else would hear her.

"Wow, the angelic kingdom is pretty cruel. Who would have thought angels would do all that." he said and winced at the thought of having his wings cut off. "I don't blame her for giving up her child. What kind of mother would do such a thing." he muttered and looked at all the people that Vixen had pointed out. When they arrived at the stand where the woman was with her child, Valefar looked at the child then at the woman before looking around. "All sorts of demon food huh?" he repeated and glanced at Vixen who was holding the child in her arms. Hearing the woman speak softly, he looked at her and only nodded before placing a finger to his lips, motioning for her to not tell anyone. "Do you have any JuJu berries? Charlie and I love those." he said quietly and smirked. Just because Charlie wasn't with them at the moment, didn't mean Valefar forgot about him.

Luna smiled happily and nodded before moving to get a basket together. "It's on the house. Oh and here is something that you may find some interest in Vixen." she said softly handing a full basket of berries to Valefar then handing a book to Vixen as she sat the little girl down and took the book and the basket she had. "If I'm right you will find this very helpful, and please if you two need anything come and talk to me." she smiled before having to go and talk to another customer. "huh... I wonder what that was about... oh well I'll read this later." she said softly before sticking the book in her basket then looking around then looked at Valefar. "Do you see anything around here that you want to take a look at?" she smiled softly to Valefar hoping he was feeling okay and not out of place.

Valefar stared at the JuJu berries and then looked at the book before shrugging. "Who knows." he muttered and chuckled at her question. "Vixen, I've never been here before...so I dont' really know what this market has exactly." he said quietly. "We can go home though that way you can read your book since I know you're probably curious to read it." he said and ran a hand through his hair softly. He did want to buy a ring for Vixen...but he knew she probably wanted to read the book, so decided not to get anything just yet.

"Well all you have to do is look around... they have most everything from both kingdoms and even some out of season items." Vixen smiled before she laughed a little. "Yes I would love to go ahead and read this but it can wait." she smiled easily before kissing Valefar on the cheek softly.

Valefar smirked and ruffled her hair playfully. "See? I knew you wanted to read the book." he started and looked around for something to get Vixen, but he wasn't sure what. Yes a ring would be nice, but he wanted to do that in his own time...it was going to be a surprise after all.

"Of course what type of a book worm would I be if I didn't want to read a book?" Vixen grinned with a light laugh. "But I can wait since it seems you're looking around." she smiled lightly before looking off to the side feeling that someone was watching them... but she didn't see anyone watching them so she figured it was just her imagination.

Valefar laughed and hugged her gently. "You're right, a bookwork that didn't want to read would be quite a shock." he teased and continued to look around but stopped. "We have to leave..." he whispered to her and took her hand in his. He didn't feel watched...but he did feel a presence...like something bad was going to happen if they stayed here much longer. "Your gifts can wait...we need to leave though." he whispered as he looked at her.

"Okay... but you have to tell me why when we get back." Vixen whispered before they started to move towards the exit and were soon on their way back to the house. "What was going on?" she asked softly as they got back to the house and she sat the two baskets down and pulled the book out of the one.

When they arrived at their house, Valefar sighed and looked at her. "I didn't like it there...I felt some negativity in there..." he explained and looked around. "I don't think I'll be going there again for a while. I felt danger lurking there...maybe I'm just paranoid." he added softly.

"Yeah I understand I felt someone watching us after we left Luna's stand." Vixen said before hugging Valefar then looking at the book and soon took it into her hands and started to read it and was shocked at what she was reading and looked at Valefar with a slight smile and tears in her eyes.

Valefar hugged her back and kissed the top of her head. "Well at least I wasn't the only one feeling a slight presence there." he started and looked at the clouds in the sky, wondering where Charlie was. When he looked back down, he noticed the tears in Vixen's eyes and frowned. "Vixen what's wrong? Why are you crying?" he asked her softly.

"There's nothing wrong... I... I just read something that made me very happy. Valefar... we can have a child... and without any risks, all we need is some special herbs that Luna grows." Vixen said with a bright smile as she looked at Valefar a few tears escaping her eyes. She couldn't believe that the answer to their problem was just so simple... just some herbs and putting a few plants around the house would make it possible for them to have a child, a healthy carefree child.

Valefar listened to her and furrowed his eyebrow. "Wait a minute... I thought all you had to do was stay calm..." he commented, a little confused by what she was saying. He was happy, yes but he was also confused now. "That's great to hear though." he then said softly and kissed her cheek.

"Yes but that also means too excited as well and I said it might work... this just seems allot easier and it's way more likely that I would have a healthy baby and be healthy myself." Vixen said softly then paused as she heard something and looked around curiously. "Did you hear that?" she asked Valefar quietly and a bit worriedly since she knew it wasn't her guardians or her cousins... so who was it?

((Snap, I thought I posted...but yes I think someone should step in now.))

"Well yes, it does seem easier doesn't it?" he agreed and furrowed his brow when he heard something. "Shhh..." he said to Vixen softly before taking her into his arms protectively and wrapping his tail around her. "Shh... I heard it too..." he whispered and looked around, trying to find the source of the noise.

Vixen stayed close to Valefar and was shocked as she heard a window break and then suddenly a bright light blinded her and she hid her face in her lovers chest before hearing what sounded like wings and a slight stinging came to her back as she pulled out her own wings and wrapped them around Valefar so the other angel's powers wouldn't hurt him.

(could you be the angel? He's essentially a cop who says that they have committed some sort of crime by not being in the demonic kingdom)

The male angel walked over to them and stared at them. "What are you two doing? You two are under arrest for committing a crime, for not being in the demonic kingdom where you belong." he ordered and Valefar hissed at the male angel but didn't move. "Well too bad so sad, I'm not moving from here and neither is Vixen." he snapped angrily. His hate for angels was much to great for him to just keep calm.

"Under orders from the king Nixy is not to be out of the demonic kingdom and that has been agreed upon by the king and queen of the demonic kingdom themselves." The male said with an authoritative frown and Vixen hissed at him. "My 'parents' have no bound on me and neither does Valefar's, I am his slave no one elses and you can take that up with my so called father." she hissed then cringed as she felt a strong pain growing inside of her as she spelled something sickeningly sweet but also had the scent of blood with it and she started to look ill. For tainted angels they weren't effected by holy water like some demons... but if that holy water had the purest of angel blood mixed in with it then they would start to grow ill just from the smell.
