"Yeah, I do know." he whispered and smirked before kissing her lovingly for a while. "You looked gorgeous in your dress by the way." he commented quietly, not sure how'd she react. "Though, to me you always look gorgeous no matter what." he added and nuzzled her cheek affectionately.

Vixen smiled and blushed lightly. "Thank you... I thought you would like it." she said softly before nuzzling her face into his neck lightly but still couldn't help but think and worry a bit about the baby... or if she was even pregnant.

"I loved it, and I loved it even more on you." he answered and wrapped his arms around her lovingly. "You really want to go now? I won't mind taking you today. I'll carry you." he explained and grinned. "I just want you to be happy, so if you want to go we can go." Valefar assured.

"Thank you... and yes I really want to go... I'm really worried." Vixen said softly before she kissed Valefar lovingly and smiled at him softly.

"Okay then love...I'll get dressed and then we can go, okay?" he said softly before kissing her back and smiling. "I love you so much." he said and quickly left to get dressed. Once he was dressed he came running back and wrapped her up in the blanket to keep her warm. "Let's go then." he said and carried her in his arms down the stairs and into a carriage after telling the driver to take them to a hospital quickly.

Vixen smiled when she felt Valefar wrapping her in the cover and holding her close making her lay he head on his shoulder and nuzzle his neck lightly and lovingly before giving it a light kiss.

Valefar held her in his arms the entire time, and when they arrived at the hospital, he instructed the the driver wait for them. "Let's go Vixen." he whispered and carried her out and into the hospital. Immediately, Valefar received stares and heard whispers as people bowed their heads in respect. He had actually forgotten he was prince and this was a reminder. "Love you're not cold or anything?" he asked her softly as he walked up to the front desk and glared at a nurse. "I demand to see a doctor now." he ordered. The nurse gasped but nodded and ordered another nurse to notify a doctor for the prince.

"I'm okay Valefar... so long as I'm in your arms I'll always feel better. Vixen whispered softly before noticing the stares and just stayed as close to Valefar as she could and nuzzled him softly and lovingly.

Valefar smiled and held her closer as a doctor appeared and motioned them to follow her into a room. Valefar followed the doctor into the room before setting Vixen down on the small bed there and stayed close. The doctor smiled, "Hello. I am Doctor Shultz what seems to be the problem?" she asked. Valefar looked at the doctor then at Vixen and gently took her hand. "Well you see, it's actually a long story. But I did find her passed out with blood on her hands." he answered. The doctor blinked and looked at Vixen before looking at her hands. "You don't have cuts...were you coughing it out?" she asked Vixen. "I wouldn't mind you telling me your long story..it might actually help in figuring out what's wrong."

"Well... you see we were going to get married yesterday... but... well some people came and attacked me before I could walk down the isle... they hit me in the stomach several times and under my stomach a few... they had said something about me never having the child now... me and Valefar have been trying to get pregnant for while so that made me scared... I'm scared I might be pregnant..." Vixen said softly feeling slight tears coming to her eyes before taking a deep breath and trying to calm her nerves.

Seeing her on the brink of tears, Valefar quickly wrapped his arms around her and gently stroke her hair. "Love please don't cry." he said soothingly. The doctor frowned and shook her head. "I'm sorry you had to go through that, why don't we check to see if you're pregnant then?" she suggested and smiled. Valefar frowned and nodded. "Yes, we should just check that way you can get the answers you want love." he agreed.

Vixen nodded softly before looking at the nurse. "I'm ready for whatever you need to do to check." she said softly unsure if she would need a blood sample or would just do an ultrasound to see if she was pregnant and if the baby was healthy.

The nurse smiled and nodded. "Okay, I'll take a small blood sample to see if you're healthy and while we wait for the results, I'll do an ultrasound." she explained as she took a needle and quickly pricked Vixen's arm. Calling a nurse, she asked that they run tests on the blood sample and come back with the results. The nurse nodded before quickly leaving the room. "Can you turn the lights off please?" asked the doctor. Valefar quickly turned them off and felt a chill run up his spine as he watched the doctor get the things ready. "Now then, just relax and breathe evenly." instructed the doctor as she began to do an ultrasound on Vixen.

Vixen nodded and just relaxed and took some soothing deep breaths through her nose to calm her and after a few long moments you could see something on the ultrasound and soon a second faint heart could be heard fluttering every now and again. Vixen gasped when she heard the sound and looked over shocked and saw the tiny form of the baby..... how could she have already been so far along? She was a little over a month pregnant... that would mean that before when they were living at her cousins she had gotten pregnant... probably right before they left...

Valefar was staring at the walls before glancing over at Vixen when she gasped. He followed her gaze and blinked in confusion when he saw what looked like a baby on the monitor screen. A baby?! he thought to himself and looked at Vixen, wondering how she was going to react to this. So she was pregnant after all...with his child?! Valefar smiled at the thought and gently kissed the back of her hand. The doctor smiled, "Look at your baby...adorable isn't it?" she said and chuckled.

"Oh my gosh... we were worried for nothing... now all that needs to happen is for me to stay calm and make sure I use those herbs." Vixen said with a bright smile before hugging Valefar tears of joy falling from her eyes as she hugged him. She was worried a bit about the blood test but at least they knew that their baby was alive and not harmed. "Is there any way that you can tell how healthy the baby is? I mean I know it's early but I'm just worried... see I'm not a demon... I'm a type of tainted angel.... we didn't even think I could get pregnant that easily..." she explained softly to the nurse.

The blood test usually helps us see if something is wrong with the baby as well as with the mother." she answered and smiled. "Congratulations on your baby! I do hope you both can get married properly though." she commented and frowned. "I know this is none of my business...but if people do not want you both to be married...a marriage in secrecy might be a good idea." she explained and looked up when the nurse brought the test results. The doctor nodded and began to look over the results as the nurse left. Occasionally, she would look at the baby on the monitor's screen and raised an eyebrow as she examined the screen carefully and then looked at the results. "Well, the child was hurt when you were attacked. As a result, your child will possibly be premature...but that's not really a bad thing so you shouldn't worry about that." assured the doctor quietly before looking at the tests again. Premature birth...sounds normal to me...and if the doctor says it's fine, then it's fine. thought Valefar.

Vixen thought some and sighed. "Yes but both of our mothers want to be there and we have a group that we want there... both of our fathers are the problem..." she said softly and sadly before looking at Valefar and smiling softly. "Is there a chance of any major issues?" she asked worriedly hoping that there wasn't... but she had a feeling that there would be... they might not even know until the baby was born though since it wasn't fully developed yet.

The doctor frowned as she listened. "I'm sorry to hear that. I do hope you both can work something out." she answered sadly. "As far as the baby goes, with it being premature...it might have some sort of problem, but at this state it's far too early to tell really." explained the doctor. Valefar was silent as he listened. The important thing...is that the baby is alive. That's all that matters. he thought to himself. "So you can rest peacefully. Relax and do what you normally do, don't stress out though because stress is always bad for a baby." she informed and smiled.

"Okay... but there is something else... I've passed out three times since I was attacked... and I had no idea why... or why I coughed up blood..." Vixen asked softly and worriedly.

"Well...something could be ruptured inside which is why you're coughing up blood. Since you're bleeding...you feel lightheaded therefore passing out on occasions." she explained. "Unless...you think it's something else?" she asked. "If you were internally bleeding however...you'd be dying and your blood results state that you are healthy." she added confused.

"I... I don't know what it could be... I've bled on the inside of my stomach before but it cleared up after awhile and the doctors said I was fine... could it be a bruise on my stomach that's causing it? I think that's what it was last time?" Vixen asked softly but was glad everything came back clear.

"If it's a bruise...you have nothing to worry about then." assured the doctor softly. "As I said, just make sure to relax, rest, and don't stress out okay?" she reminded before cleaning up and standing to turn on the light. Looking back at them, she tilted her head. "Any other questions?" she asked. Valefar was silent as he stared at his fingernails.

"No thank you for your help, I guess we'll be okay to get home." Vixen smiled softly before looking at Valefar and taking his hand into hers and curled her fingers into his with a smile.

The doctor nodded and excused herself before leaving. Valefar looked over at her and smiled softly before leaning closer and kissing her lovingly. "I love you." he whispered and kissed the back of her hand. "Shall we go back home now? Or did you want to go somewhere else first?" he asked her softly before nuzzling her neck.
