"Well yes, it will hurt but I can handle a bit of pain, I won't even flinch or cry. You're welcome to come along and watch." he teased and hugged her back happily. "Well I'm happy to know that you can see me clearly especially when I hug you, it gives me an excuse to hug you a lot more." he commented and smiled. Seeing that he was almost done, he looked at her and raised an eyebrow. "I...I c-can get more?" he asked her and finished his food happily before looking at her. "My mother always yelled at me when I got more than she gave me...called me a pig each time I got more." he muttered sadly.

"Is that why you never asked for seconds? Nero if you want more to eat you can get more." Mela said softly before indicating the plates that were covered by lids in front of them so he could get what he wanted.

Nero was silent and nodded, it felt as if he was being punished slightly...only no one was yelling and beating him across the room. He decided not to question what she said and looked at her for a bit before he helped himself to second and began to eat it in silence. "T-Thank-you..." he whispered nervously.

Mela smiled but it slowly dissappeared as she saw the look on his face and cocked her head a bit as she looked at him curiously. "Are you okay Nero?" she asked softly and worriedly since he almost looked upset... or were her eyes playing tricks on her as usual?

Nero continued to eat and blinked as he swallowed. "No...wait yes...yeah I'm fine Mela really." he said and smiled softly. "You shouldn't worry about me Mela, I'm fine." he assured and looked at his food before continuing to eat. Once he was done, he collected the empty dishes and went to the sink where he began to wash them thoroughly. He knew Valefar had told him that he didn't have to do anything, but he was so used to always doing something...that doing nothing seemed terrible. He noticed the maids looking at him curiously and he couldn't help but wonder if he was washing them wrong.

Mela walked intot he kitchen then looked around at the maids and sighed. "He's like Momma." she said and that seemed to clear up the curiosity and made everyone go back to what they were doing. "I think I'm going to go take a nap, you should too you seem like you're tired." she said softly before hugging Nero and stepped back waiting to see if he had anything he wanted to say to her before she went to her room.

Nero frowned and nodded. "I'll go to bed after eh dishes are washed..." he answered and frowned as he continued to wash the dishes quietly and very carefully before gently drying them and putting them away where they belonged. When he was done with that, he walked back up to his room and closed the door quietly behind him before brushing his teeth and flossing, then started drying all his piercings and carefully put them back on. Once that was done, he slipped into some night clothes and quickly curled up under his blanket and fell to sleep.

Sometime later that night Mela got up half asleep and walked lazily over to Nero's room and quietly crawled into bed with him and curled up to him lovingly. She had done this allot while he was gone but had never told her parents that she would keep waking up in his room... she didn't want them to know just how much she missed him.

Nero stirred in his sleep when he felt movement on his bed. He didn't bother checking what it was though and just continued to sleep, knowing that tomorrow would be a busy day. In his sleep, Nero dreamt of his parents and wondered if they were doing okay...but he didn't dare visit them for fear that they would force him to stay and most likely beat him.

Mela smiled in her sleep and gave a soft yawn before cuddling up to Nero and wrapped her arms around one of his as she slept just seeming happy in her sleep as she cuddled Nero easily.

Whatever it was that was in his bed, had cuddled closer at that made him curious. Nero opened hie eyes sleepily looked over to see Mela sleeping next to him. Oh it's just Mela in by bed. he thought and smiled before thinking, Wait...Mela's in my bed!? he thought and widened his eyes before looking at himself then at her. It seemed that nothing had happened so it was okay, but why was she here? He didn't want to wake her up so he decided to ask her tomorrow if he still remembered. Yawning slightly, Nero snuggled closer to her and slowly fell back to sleep.

(NNNNAAAAHHH!!! SO CUTE! That actually made me say nnnnnnaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh in rl XD )

Mela smiled in her sleep as she felt Nero cuddling her back and nuzzled him softly before falling into a comfortable sleep dreaming of all the good times they had had together as kids and as young teens.

(so I'm guessing have Valefar go to check on Mela the next morning then head to Nero's room when he doesn't see Mela anywhere?)

(Hahhah! Well then that's a very good sign!)

Feeling her nuzzle him, Nero actually chuckled in his sleep and soon his parents weren't in his dreams anymore. The only person in his dreams now was Mela, her laugh, her smile, everything he loved about her. Early the next morning, Valefar yawned and quietly when to check on Mela in her room. However, when he got there he noticed she wasn't there...worry started to creep up on him and he quickly left to check on Nero only to see Nero and Mela sleeping there. Well isn't that just adorable... he thought to himself with a smile.

(Valefar hates getting up early but this is an exception I suppose! xD)

(ha ha XD I guess he figured nothing was going on because Mela was asleep on top of the covers XD )

Mela smiled in her sleep and seemed so comfortable laying there with Nero and being cuddled close to him. She had missed him so much over the past three years... she never wanted to be away from him again. As morning started to rise Mela started to wake up a bit but didn't move and just stayed close to nero easily.

(Well I did say I wouldn't make him get the wrong idea :3)

"Come on, wake up you two, breakfast will be ready soon." said Valefar before chuckling and headed over to his room where he kissed Vixen's cheek softly and sat in bed, waiting for her to wake up. Nero yawned once the morning light started to peek in through the curtains. Slowly, he opened his eyes and looked over at Mela and smiled as he smoothed her hair and sighed softly.

Mela awoke and blushed slightly as she realized that she had done it again but this time that Nero was back and she had ended up cuddling with him. She didn't know how long she had been there, or how long he had known she was there, but she knew that she had been happily sleeping and now was too embarrassed to even look up.

(oh! I thought you said he WOULD get the wrong idea XD )

Nero looked at Mela and smiled once she was awake. "Good morning Mela." he said and crawled out of bed before walking over to the mirror and starting to brush his unruly hair. "I take it you slept nicely?" he started and looked at her through the mirror. "Can I ask why you came to my room in the middle of the night? You have a nightmare?" he asked as he raised a pierced eyebrow and smirked.

(Nope, I said he wouldn't...did you want him to get the wrong Idea though?)

(nah it's fine I just misunderstood XD )

Mela blushed brightly as she sat up and looked down as she thought some her face just seeming to get redder and redder. "Well... I've actually been sleep walking to your room almost every night since you left.... I guess I did it again last night... I'm sorry I probably freaked you out or something." she blushed seeming really embarrassed that she kept doing that... especially since now he was back and sleeping in his room.

"Ah so you sleep walk I see, that's pretty cool. I'm not mad Mela, I only asked because I woke up in the middle of the night and saw you there, but nothing happened so you can be at ease." he assured and chuckled. "So ever since I was gone...you would sleep walk to my room and just sleep in my bed?" he asked blushing slightly. "I guess you really missed me huh? Well...I missed you a lot too you know." he commented and turned to face her once he was done brushing his hair.

"Well not right after you left... a few weeks... maybe a month or so after you left." Mela blushed some then smiled at Nero softly as she stood and hugged him. "I have missed you... so much, it's not the same here without you." she said softly and you could tell she loved him... even though she was too embarrassed to admit it.

Nero blushed at what she was saying, he could just kiss her but fought the urge and hugged her back gently. "Well you don't have to worry anymore Mela because I'm not leaving you anymore. I don't want to be away from you anymore." he said softly and just continued to hug her. His fingers then gently ran through her hair, carefully removing any knots she had as he grabbed the brush and began to brush her hair while he continued to hug her closet to him with one arm. "We'll never be apart again...I promise." he whispered.

Mela blushed some then couldn't help but start to laugh a bit as he brushed her hair. "You can't stand knots either can ya?" she laughed a little but mostly her hair had no knots in it at all and was like she hadn't even slept on it.

"Nope, knots annoy me." he answered and chuckled. "You're lucky though, you don't have many knots." he noted as he brushed her hair to a beautiful shine and admired his work like a sculptor admires a statue. "There we go, all better." he said and set the brush down before looking at her. "Would you like to go get some breakfast?" he asked her happily.

Mela giggled some then nodded. "Yeah breakfast sounds good to more." she smiled happily as she took his hand and walked out of the room with him easily.

Vixen smiled as she woke up and hugged Valefar lovingly before looking up at him. "Well you look awful happy.... did I oversleep or something?" she asked since it wasn't normal for him to look so happy in the morning.

Nero blushed and walked with her out of the room. He remembered what she said about getting seconds...so it was allowed here but he was still nervous about doing it.

Valefar laughed and then went serious as he looked at her. "Love, I woke up early to check on Mela...you know, to make sure she was okay. Well when I went to her room I found it empty, so I quickly went to Nero's room only to find her sleeping there with him." he said and yawned softly. "I thought it was pretty adorable if you ask me." he added and shrugged.
