Let's keep this short and sweet. I want a roleplay, you want a roleplay- so do I really need a huge introduction filled with poetic eloquence explaining the radiance that exists within my written words? Probably not.

Some facts that might interest you is that I'm 19, will be 20 soon, I currently have a lot of free time, being out of school for the summer, so I'll be active... Generally I mirror what I get for replies, though I will never ever write a one liner; even my shortest replies are at least two paragraphs- oftentimes I write more. I can provide samples if you like.

If there's anything else you'd like to know about me, please ask, I don't bite!

Rules

Yeah, ya gotta have 'em, luckily mine are simple.

1. Obey the rules of this site: 'nuff said.

2. Have decent literacy/ grammar: I'm not expecting a novel from you unless you want to write one, and writer's block is understandable, but I DESPISE one liners. I won't get angry over the occasional typo; however, if you come to me, claiming 'hey im totally literate i can write a lot i'm just being lazy now'- I'm likely not going to believe you. Please take the time to write properly- I am not going to be lazy with you, so please pay the same respect to me.

3. Romance? I don't mind doing yaoi or straight-I've never tried yuri, but I will if you have a good plot. However, should whatever romance develops get steamy- we timeskip, end of story.... I think that goes with rule one, but still.

4. Let's both brainstorm: I have a couple potential plots, but I don't want to be planning every single event that happens in the RP, it's fun if we coordinate!

5. I'm open to your ideas too! So please feel free to suggest them! Just remember, that if I decline, it's not anything personal against you, just that your idea doesn't appeal to me.

Fire Emblem:

Soren: As mentioned in the thread title, my main craving is Fire Emblem roleplays. I'd love to do anything with Soren, be it Soren x OC or Soren x Ike or whatever- just so long as I get to play Soren.

Raven/Lucius I could play either one of the two.

Reyson/Tibarn I could play either, but I'd probably excel more with Tibarn.

I do have plots for Fire Emblem pairings, but I'm honestly not getting my hopes up that anyone knows enough about the series to want to RP it, so I won't write the ideas unless someone is interested in them. Just let me know if you are!

Final Fantasy VIII: Have a vague idea. Doesn't have to be romantic, though we could incorporate it if you wanted.

Yu Yu Hakusho: Don't have a plot off the top of my head, but I'd love to play Kurama. XD

Neverland: Have a dark twist on the Neverland story that could be fun if we fleshed it out.

Wonderland: Have a couple of ideas, but I'm not so crazy about this one- it'd take some convincing, even if you heard my ideas.

I would love for a Scientist x Test Subject roleplay, OR a Yu Yu Hakusho one. I haven't been in a fandom roleplay in forever, it would be awesome to try it again.

What were your ideas for the Scientist x T.S. roleplay? I have nothing of a YYH plot off the top of my head... Let me brainstorm for a moment. Perhaps by the time you reply I'll have something, hee hee :D

....O.o Am I really the first person to stumble across your lovely search-thread that knows what Fire Emblem is? Raven and Lucius I am sadly not very familiar with but I do know Soren and Reyson and Tibarn...I like Soren. He's one of my favorite characters. I think he's best paired with Ike, but I've kinda played with the idea that one day while he's off on his own, he runs into another just like him, and they get the total love-hate relationship going where at first they can't stand each other, then in two separate instances they end up saving each other, which blossoms into a grudging respect and companionship, then eventually it would turn romantic....Althought seeing Soren as anyting but coarse, blunt, and damn near rude and cruel-ish is kind of odd.

I too was disappointed to see a lot of people came in here and did not know what Fire Emblem was.
Saddening.

Though if you wish to do an actual Fire Emblem role play please let me know as I do really enjoy those games and would love to do a role play within that universe.

Nope, it's a video game series! It would be a fabulous book series though- there's a lot of character development in the game, and the plot is wonderful. ^^ I'm pretty sure there's an older manga/anime series of it, but that doesn't have much relation to the games, as far as I know.... I don't believe there's any novels of it that aren't in Japanese though...

I think for now, I'd rather stick with one or the other in terms of roleplaying. I'm still trying to get the hang of this site, so I don't want to overwhelm myself with too many right off the bat- maybe after I get into it a bit more? I've been away for a while, I'm sorry. >_<

My test subject idea is pretty much as follows, it's a basis- and we could build a plot around it, so to speak: (Hopefully this spoiler tag works- I'm not sure how to use bb code on this site ^^; )

Humans live in a world with technology run on magic. Once, they enslaved elves to work the machines, but as they became more advanced, it became apparent that something with more stamina was needed- thus they sought to use science to create 'genetically modified elves'. Humans infused with an elf's energy.

However, there is a fatal flaw in their creation: because they are not pure elves, but rather humans essentially fused with an elves' energy, they cannot entirely control his magic, and as it continues to grow more powerful over time, it will takes more of a toll on their body when they use it. Eventually this very magic they were created for will be the death of them as it will destroy them from the inside out.

Ordinary experimental elves can last around fifteen years of constant magical work before dying from severe exhaustion and magic depletion from running the magi technology. However, outside of these stress based circumstances, while normal elves can live what seems like forever, a genetic elf has never lived beyond 35 years.

The only sign of this death coming is the changing color of eyes- genetic elves all start off with green eyes, but as their magic grows stronger and their bodies grow weaker their eyes turn red. Beyond this they do not feel sick or have any mentionable symptoms, but if they use magic they may experience difficulty breathing and sickness temporarily- the more they use magic, the more harsh these temporary sickness bouts are.

Even if one of these genetic elves were not to use magic, they'd only be prolonging the inevitable- for the power of their magic will destroy them eventually no matter what they do as it continues to grow.

Usually the final moments are sudden- the victim will lose control of their magic, and release an incredible amount of energy. If they are not brought back to reality and stopped before they go completely over the edge of their body's ability to maintain magic, they will either disintegrate from the sheer power their bodies can't handle, or mutate into mindless beasts that will die not long after.

Anyways, it'd be an interesting story to see a supposed 'inferior being' win his way into the scientist's heart, and what they did from there. Whether they escaped or not.

I absolutely adore Soren. I think it would be a good idea for him to meet someone after Ike had passed away- when he thought that there was really no point to life anymore; that way, he'd slowly regain a motive for living? Maybe they meet in the desert, where the branded community supposedly lives? (if you say that Soren meets 'someone just like him', you mean another branded, right?)

I definitely think we could make a plot about this- maybe another war is going on? After all, after Ashera was defeated and the apostle was discovered to be a branded, the entire religion probably fell apart- maybe factions who stubbornly believed in Ashera were against factions that embraced the new Ashunera? It wouldn't be surprising if they both attacked the branded- given that they're supposedly 'sins against the goddess'- it would give them something to agree over.... So basically it'd be a chaotic situation that has a lot of potential.... Whatcha think?

I would love to do an FE roleplay with you. Though when you say 'in the FE universe'- which game do you mean? There's multiple countries/continents across the different games, and did you have specific characters in mind, or did you want OCs in the FE world? Or maybe a mixture of both?

I've only heard of Catherine from the trailers and videos of gameplay that I watched in my History of Game Development Class in college. (because apparently that game is educational? XD ) I know a little about X-men, I've seen some of the movies and read a couple of the comics, but I wouldn't say I know either series well enough to be confident enough to roleplay it.

And Left 4 Dead I've only heard the name of, so I'm afraid I can't help you there.
