"After everything we've seen over the last few days, I'm just going to roll with it," Bahiti said, putting her phone away. "Back to Main Street, and go west from there."

Harry nodded and followed her directions until he got to the correct area. Then he parked and got out, looking over at the other group when they approached.

Bahiti eyed Azi and Crowley suspiciously as she got out of the car.

"Everything still alright?" she asked Christine. "Still in one piece?"

"Yeah." Christine shot her a brief but frazzled smile. "So far."

Crowley snickered but didn't say anything, just standing waiting for them to be done chatting so they could go after the demon.

Or rather stand around watching as the others went after the demon while he and Azi kept Christine alive.

"Let's go take care of this then," Bahiti said.

Azi sighed and whapped Crowley on the back of the head.

"Behave," he said.

Christine nodded, glancing at Crowley. He pointed wordlessly to an abandoned building half a block down.

Niko glanced at the others before nodding to Cal and starting towards the building.

Cal nodded and started off with his brother. Time to finish this so they could go home already. Bahiti watched them before going over with Christine. She knew when she was outmatched, and she would just be a liability to the brothers when they were working. It was obvious just from the way they moved.

Harry stayed a little behind the brothers, though he did stay out of their way. He could take care of himself, but he knew not to get in their way.

Christine was more than happy to let them go first. They were the professionals, after all.

Cal went in with Niko, keeping alert for anything at all. He had no idea what to expect in this situation, so he tried to be ready for anything.

Harry swore quietly when he noticed a bunch of the former-people shuffling towards them again, even more than back in the old industrial park.

Niko frowned a little, looking at them and pausing. They could retreat or try to force their way through with no shortage of carnage and bloodshed.

Bahiti paused as well, but because she was listening to one of her sisters rather than in surprise at the non-humans. She nodded, seemingly to nobody, and looked at the guys.

"Tamara says knocking them out might work," she said. "Instead of killing them."

Harry nodded, pulling out his blasting rod. Now he just had to make this work. Motioning Nik and Cal out of the way, he pushed pure force out of his blasting rod, sending a few layers of the former-humans back into the others and knocking several of them out. The rest were stuck in a general mess.

Bahiti raised an eyebrow.

"Alright, we're impressed now," she said, speaking for herself and her sisters.

Cal also looked a bit impressed, albeit grudgingly.

Harry grinned briefly. "Perks of being a wizard," he quipped. "Although I doubt that'll keep them down for long. Do we want to try to keep going or retreat for now?"

"Well, he's gone now," Crowley said with a snort. "The demon heard you throwing them willy nilly and retreated a few miles outside the city. It would be easier to wait for him to come back."

"Then I think retreating might be the best idea for now," Bahiti said cautiously. She looked at Christine.

Christine nodded her agreement of that, making her way out of the warehouse.

"So now what? Back to the house for the moment?" she asked, looking at Bahiti and temporarily ignoring the others.

"I guess so," Bahiti replied. "Kali and Tamara don't object to it." She glanced at the others. Cal just shrugged. He didn't care.

Christine nodded. "Alright. We'll meet you back at the house, then, my car's parked a little ways back." She glanced at Cal and Niko, raising an eyebrow in silent query.

Nik nodded slightly and followed her outside. Crowley glanced at Azi before miracling both of them back to the girls' house.

Bahiti nodded and gestured to Harry.

"I'll give you directions," she said.

Harry nodded and got settled back in the car again, driving back to the house and parking.

"I guess I should head back to the hotel if we're not going to do anything for a little while."

"Yeah." Bahiti got out of the car. "One of us will come and find you if anything happens on our end."

Harry nodded. "I'll see you later, then." He waited until she was back inside before he started driving.

Bahiti nodded and headed inside to wait for Christine. She jumped when she saw Crowley and Azi inside.

"Goddess, don't do that," she said, one hand going to her heart. "You scared us all."

"My apologies," Azi said, ignoring the 'goddess' comment. "We didn't mean to."

"He may not have, but I did." Crowley grinned, unrepentant, and leaned back against the wall to wait for Christine.

Christine parked a few minutes later, letting the brothers out before she stretched, going to fetch her saber out of the trunk. "I'll let you know if anything new comes up," she told Niko, who nodded and looked at Cal.

Cal just nodded and then followed Nik. Heading back to their 'home base' sounded like a good idea, for now.
