I hear eating certain foods can make you sleepy too

For me it wakes me up.

Hmm... I dunno they don't really make me sleepy or awake. I'm usually already sleepy.

I get sleepy when I don't eat but as soon as
I snack on something I'm wide awake.

Hmm.. then I guess exercise would be the best option huh?

Yup. I'm also gonna try some sleepy time tea. Or relaxing tea.

Chamomile I'm told makes you sleepy

I was thinking of that tea, i just couldn't spell it.

How so?

I usually have to google the word because my spell check corrects
it to be a completely different word. -3-

Yeah. I have to do it a lot when I write.

Yeah I do similar except it's for rhymes and such

Yeah. I only write and sometimes I think of words in my head and I wonder what it means.
Some words I never even heard of but my mind says "Look it up!"

Haha I've had similar to that happen before I'll use a word, stop, pause, and ponder how I know what that word means XD

For me I usually know what it means but I make sure
with my Thesaurus site I go to.

Yup. And I fell asleep at like 10 and woke up at 3am.
So I might stay up as it is five in the morning now. v.v
