Seeing Michael's reaction made Aiko blush a bit deeper. She hadn't exactly known why she had kissed him, she had just instinctively done so. "You're close to me and it just felt right." She said simply with a shrug. Looking at the male before her, she smiled and sat next to him gently. "Sorry, I probably shouldn't have done that... Especially if you didn't like the feel." She said softer, hoping that he didn't feel that way. The young Queen would just plain out feel sad if he did.

"oh... Well its fine. It was just, unexpected is all" MIchael sat still for a moment and steaded his mind and regan his dark composure. "so what shall we do now? Relax" he asked curious what else there was to do before the up coming war. He knew very little of romance or women in that matter so he didn't really know how to talk to her about that sort of thing or to tell her he liked it.

Aiko smiled hearing that it was alright, and felt a bit of relief. Though at the same time she felt she had no idea if he had liked the kiss. Which bugged her a little. "Yes, relaxing is good. Considering how late it is we are probably some of the only people up." She said lightly and then leaned back against the back of the couch. Signing softly she closed her eyes and felt the need to lean upon him, but it seemed that he didn't like their closeness the way it was, so she wouldn't lean on him. Opening her eyes she realized she was still in her nightgown and blushed softly upon her cheeks. The practically see through nightwear was something a bit embarrassing to wear around men.

"Deary. I don't think thats the most appropriate thing to wear around men" He smiled and chuckled to himself as he finally gathered what she was wearing and he wondered if she wore that every night or if she was implying something. "But it does look very good on you" Hearing his heart pump in his ears he leaned in quickly and kissed her on the cheek playfully and smiled.

As if reading her mind, Michael brought up her nightwear. Blushing deeper Aiko sputtered, trying to find something to say about it. That's when he leaned in and kissed her cheek, making her flustered. "I was sleeping sleeping before!" She finally said and put her head in her hand and sighed heavily. Now she didn't want to stand up because the dress was also extremely short. "I didn't mean to wear this, not in anyone's company anyways." She said sheepishly and looked up at him. What was she supposed to do in this situation.

"its okay deary. It looks good on you." he smiled blushing slightly. "A lot of things look good on you." He swallowed hard as he nearly chocked on his words. He blushed an ever darker red and quickly looked away knowing it wasn't his place to comment on her appearance or should even be thinking that way about her. Knowing full well she was WORLDS out of his league.

Aiko blushed hearing Micheal and then looked at the male surprised. He was the first one to say that to her in such a way that wasn't just a pleasentri, he actually ment it. Blushing deeply seeing his reaction to what he said, she fiddled with the material of her hem on the nightdress. Blushing as she looked up at him, she smiled sheepishly and chuckled. "You're the first guy who's actually ment that with feeling and not to impress me." She said gently and smiled at him.

"Is there anything I can do for you before I try and sleep" Hatter knew he needed his sleep due to the fact since he gained some of the power of the dead he saw terrible things in his sleep that often left him extremely tired. He smiled to himself taking in all the curves of his queen, and the nightgown left little-to-none to the imagination.

Aiko smiled hearing the hatter and then realized that he actually could help. Or at least she could help him. "Yes, could you grab that leather bound book from the tallest shelf of the bookcase?" She asked and stood, walking over to the bookcase she pointed to the old book. It had been her father's book for nuecromancers, and she believed that it held many secrets even the skilled Hatter didn't know yet. Turning to Micheal she smiled and waited.

Sighing and standing up. Michael made his way to the book case and reached up high and grabbed the book. Holding the large leather book in his hands he stared at it, he knew something was up when he saw it. His mind was clouded honestly, he had taken in the view when Aiko got up and he was confused wether he should mention something or not.

"That's the book my father used... It's been passed down through my family for generations, and I thought you would like to use it for the time being." She said lightly and then noticed his eyes on her. Blushing she looked at him and tilted her head slightly. "Is something wrong Micheal?" She asked softly and then clasped her hands together wondering just what he was thinking at the moment.

"sorry just a little distracted. My bad" He shooke his head violently to clear his mind. But the thoughts lingered. The things hed like to do, but thats for another time. "Sorry... Whats the book contain?" Michael asked as he looked closer at the books cover.

Aiko smiled and nodded, they all got distracted sometimes. "It's my family's nuecromancers book. It has to be one of the oldest books on the powers of your kind." She said lightly and looked at him. "I thought you would like to use it for now." She said and then put her hand on the book's cover and it glowed softly. "It responds to my blood line, but I made it so it can respond to you as well now." the young Queen breathed and then looked into his eyes. Why did she feel so close to him? As if he was someone that she had known before, as if he knew so much about her... She couldn't figure out the feeling.

Michael gently took the from the queen, once he did, he could've sworn he felt the book breath and groan. "Wonder what it can teach me..." He said as he began to flip threw the book quickly. Two spells caught his eye. Wall of bones and Army of the damned "These could be helpful for zoning the enemy. Maybe getting them to fall into a flank"

Wiki smiled and then nodded. "That sounds like a good benefit. My father wanted me to have it invade I ever did develops the family powers... But it seems that I will be the different one in the family." she said lightly and then looked into his face. Leaning up, she kissed the side of his lips and then let a soft blush come onto her cheeks. "You really do make me feel safe Michael... Thank you." Queen Aiko breathed and smiled softly up at the tall dark haired male.

He smiled and hugged the queen quickly, hoping she wouldn't mind. He thumbed threw the book for a while longer before it hit him like a truck. "How is it you feel safe around me? I'm a nercomancer." He asked confused walking over to the bed and sitting down, letting the book rest on the covers.

Aiko smiled softly as she recieved a hug from the Hatter. As he leafed through the book she walked to her vanity and brushed her hair once more before walking towards her bed. Hearing Michael's surprise in his voice she smiled reassuringly and then sat next to him on the edge of the bed. "I'm not sure but I do know that it might be since my whole family is practically nercromancers... That's why you don't creep me out as much as your kind can sometimes do." she said with a shrug and smile.

"makes sense i suppose" He began looked over at her and smiled once more. Looking down at her wonderful figure he became confused again of what he should do next. He looked down as the nightgown had scrunched up a bit on her beautiful legs and remembered it was pratically see threw. He felt something harden up.

Aiko smiled hearing him and nodded and sighed softly. Running a hand through her long raven black hair she noticed his eyes going down her and it caused her to blush. Unlike most other men he didn't seem to know what to do around her. Or even what he would like to do, which was odd. Most of the royalty and rich men and even a few woman who had courted her found her to be irresistible and usually tried taking things too far. This moment was different, a good change of pace for the young Queen. Putting her hand on his thigh she hit something hard. Shocked she froze, and didn't dare move her shocked eyes from his own. Oh no... Bad move on my part... she thought to herself in worry.

After feeling the queen put her hand on his man hood he looked at her, she had a face of pure shock. "something wrng my queen? It's only natural" He said softly, feeling that he had done something wrong he removed her hand and he stood up and grabbed the book. "I'm terribly sorry if I made you uncomfortable...." He made his way to the door.

Feeling Micheal remove her hand from him, Aiko moved to stand after he did. She didn't want him to leave. And hearing those words made her best squeeze. Watching him head towards the door that connected their rooms, she hurried after him and grabbed his arm. She held it and looked up at him. "It's not your fault! I-I just.... I've never...." She studdedered trying to find the words to say to him. "I don't want you to leave." She finally said after recovering from her studders. "I just never have been so close to a man... I'm sory I'm acting like a school girl around you." She apologized as she gazed up at those exotic eyes.

"its fine I suppose" He said with a low tone. He didn't know what to do, this wasn't the queen he knew, she was strong and indipendent. She was practiaclly asking him to stay, he didn't know she had this side. "Well... I know i've asked this before but is there something you want." He walked up to her. Placed one pale, thin, boney finger where her heart was, "deep down inside?" Michael asked feeling the heat of her skin against the coldness of his.

Aiko was a bit releaved as he said that everything was alright. That this could be overlooked and that they would remain how they were. Their relationship was a bit blurred around the edges, making it hard to distinguish them exactly as guard and Queen. They certinly didn't act that way around eachother. That's when he extended a thin pale finger, and place it above her breast where her heart was located. Hearing his words surprised her a bit, and struck a cord deep within her. What did she want? What did she truely want inside of her heart of hearts? Pausing for a moment in silence, the raven haired woman looked up at the male before her and took his hand in her own. "I want someone to be forever at my side. Someone who I can trust with my desires and faults. To be there when I need him." she said slowly and then looked into his eyes. "I want that person to be you." she said, her voice more strong and sure then before. Now she knew what she had been feeling, but she would never impose her wants upon him. She wouldn't ever force anyone into something like this.

"well. I'll be here to support you as long as I have my mortal life" He gave her a hug. He pulled her close into his extremely cold heart and body. One could easily tell his body was loseing body heat and vitals, it was nothing to worry about it was a simple fix. "I'll be here with you for anything you need. But I must retire for the night since I am having huge troubles keeping my eyes open" He knew his anxiety of being alone was ever more prominent in a house he couldn't fully defend by himself but he knew the Queen would be safe while he slept so he had few worries.

Hearing Michael's words spoke to her, the queen took them to heart and nodded. Accepting his hug, she found she liked it there in his arms. It was like hugging a person chilled from walking outside in this winter weather, but at the same time it was warm. His embrace was fight and enveloping, making her feel safe. Hearif that he needed to retire to her she knew she should too. "Good night Michael. Sleep well." She said and leaned up, kissig him softly and delicately upon the lips. Gently pulling away the young Aiko took a step back from him. If she didn't she would pull him into bed with her and snuggle against him all night, and knowing that she shouldn't do anything like that with him was what held her back.
