"I think he might have been dropped as a child" Kiyan laughed a little before starting to eat watching Lynia carefully as she ate to make sure she was okay. She was still very worried about the girl, she had only used the technique a few times and she was really worried that Lynia could die again.

Kayo just made a insulted face to his sister's words but quickly went back to eating, he loved food and as his sister pointed out. It showed. Adaza like always prepared his plate, he never had to do Lynia's since the cooks always beat him to it. "How are you feeling, my love?" He asked his daughter who was shoveling food in her mouth, well until she saw her father look at her. She finished the food she had in her mouth before sitting up straight. "I'm fine, just very hungry." She replied to her father before taking another bite. Adaza just smiled at her. "Then eat my dear, just don't over do it." He said before taking a bite for himself.

Kiyan seemed happy seeing that Lynia had an apotite but was still worried about what side effects she might have from being brought back to life. She pushed that aside for now though and continued to eat rather hungry after the training with Adaza, which she was sure she would have bruises from the next day.

Lynia had just finished her dinner and sat there quietly, she would look at her father from time to time. She was still unsure of her father's new look. Adaza just looked at his daughter and sighed, he loved being with his daughter but he knew she was uncomfortable around him. He pushed out his chair and excused himself after lightly petting her head. Kayo just watched Adaza and looked around questioningly before returning to his dinner.

Adaza just walked down the hallway. He would give her space until she was ready. However he wasn't tired and all his daily task were done, so might as well get in some training since he missed out for a while. He made his way back to the training room. Like with all training, Adaza removed his shirts and set them aside. He cleaned up the mess made with Kiyan before starting with the basic of warm ups.

Kiyan felt kinda bad for Adaza as she saw how Lynia acted and could tell that he was upset, who wouldn't be if they're child seemed scared of them? She then smiled at Lynia kindly. "How are you feeling now Lynia? Would you like me to help you to your room?" she asked softly just wanting to help the girl, after all it was supposed to be her job.

Lynia looked up at her. "I'm fine, I'm just a little sleepy now." She said quietly. "Uncle Kayo, why does papa look like that?" She asked looking at Kayo. Kayo swallowed his food and looked at his sister then to Lynia. He wasn't sure how to answer it. "Well, it's a very long complicated story." He told her not sure how to answer it. "Kiyan, maybe you should help Lynia to bed now." He said trying to get out of answering the question. Lynia just looked at the tabled sadly, she knew he didn't have an answer for it; he always acted like that when he didn't.

Adaza just skillfully spun his bow staff as he slowly began to sweat from the intense training. With every thrust his emotions grew cold. His daughter's action towards him just fueled the oncoming cold sensation he was feeling. The weapons on the rack shook with every movement of his, with a sample thrust of his bow staff, Adaza noticed the movement in the corner. His eyes slightly widen as weapons flew off the rack towards him. He knocked one after another way with his staff. When the last one was knocked away towards the floor a sudden pressure hit him with such force. The weapon rack itself came at him with such a speed when he was dealing with the weapons he had no time to dodge or block. He fell to the ground with the rack pressing him into the wood. His left eye twitched as he pushed himself up, the rack falled off of him as he did.

Kiyan nodded before getting up and smiled at Lynia as she walked over to her and offered her hand kindly. "Why don't you ask your daddy why he looks that way? I'm sure he would have a much easier time explaining it then we would." She offered kindly. She honestly wasn't sure what to tell Lynia... if she told her the truth surely the little girl would come to hate her for getting her father in trouble.

The small dark elf took her hand before hopping off the chair. She was still weak from being sick and slightly felt queasy from the food. Nobody seemed to want to tell her why her daddy looked that way but she was use to people keeping things from her. Lynia knew he would changed into a human at Uncle Sehpeal's but she didn't understand why he was always hurt after the visit. She just left the dining room and headed to her room slowly. She rubbed her tiny eyes with the back of her free hand and yawned slightly. "Maybe in the morning." She replied softly to Kiyan.

Adaza just sat on the floor, he was slightly embarrassed at what just happened. Thankfully no one was there to see what just happened. He ran his hand through his hair as went into thought. 'What mean the weapons and weapon rack fly towards him?" Even as a dark elf he never had that kind of power. Was it from the shard or something completely different. All he knew was that it was just plain confusing.

"I'm sorry, if I knew how to explain it I promise I would." Kiyan said softly to the little girl as she walked with her to her room and opened the door for her. "Do you need anything? or do you need help with anything?" she asked softly wanting to make sure she was properly taken care of. Kiyan did love children and she was still very worried about Lynia, she could see why Adaza fought so hard, he had a very sweet daughter to protect and come home to

Lynia just shook her head, she wasn't really feeling good at the moment. Deep down she knew that she would never get the answer she wanted from anyone, probably not even her father. Which just made her sad. "I'm fine, I'm just sleepy." She said sweetly to Kiyan before making her way to her rather large bed. She climbed in and snuggled with her doll, she knew she needed to brush her teeth but she didn't have the energy to. 'I'll brush them twice as hard tomorrow.' She thought to herself as she yawned. "Good night..." She said to Kiyan barely even over a whisper as she closed her eyes to sleep.

Adaza could feel a slight bruise forming. The rack hit him rather hard and in this weakened state he wasn't surprised. He sighed and slightly chuckled to himself. In all the battles he been in and consistent training, he was beat up by a flying rack. He found it humorous, though he wouldn't tell anyone of the event. Nor find it funny if they decided to pick on him for it. At least by himself, he could laugh at the unlikely victor. He stood and dusted himself off before he started to clean up the mess the weapons made.

Kiyan smiled and gently tucked Lynia in making sure she was comfortable. "Good night, sleep well." she said softly before leaving the room and gently shut the door behind her before heading down the halls to the training room to see if Adaza was still there so she could tell him that Lynia had went to bed and was very curious.

He chuckled once more at the rack once he finished placing the last weapon back into its right place. It was rather embarrassing he was bruising from the wooden rack that got the better of him. He closed his eyes as he ran his long black hair back out of his face. 'Members of a subclass can do unexplainable and normally impossible things.' He thought to himself. 'Blood cells turning into dark plum colored crystals in reaction to powers even when not in the actual person.' His thoughts flooded his mind as he tried to connect the dots to the flying rack incident. Adaza rubbed his chin with his right hand as he thought. "This is rather ridiculous." He said plainly before turning back to the center of the room. There was no way he could could be a subclass in the Dark elven kingdom. He was strong due to his training and nothing more.

Adaza got into a pushup position, his body straight, his shoulders squared evenly. He placed his left hand into a fist before tucking it behind his back before he started to exercise. His thoughts still trailing on the topic from the library, something he just couldn't seem to shake off away the event that just played out. He never looked up when he since Kiyan coming, he just hoped that she wouldn't start on her brother's topic on if he liked her. He didn't know exactly why he was so defensive on that topic but he was.

Kiyan easily walked into the training room to see Adaza doing push ups and just shook her head. "Lynia is tucked in for the night but she really wants to know why you're in human form, she seems rather upset that she didn't get an answer." she said softly honestly not sure how it could be explained without Lynia getting really upset or mad.

Adaza just set his left hand on the floor and stood up, he just nodded to her about Lynia in bed for the night. He sighed lightly. "I don't even know how to begin to explain it to her." He told Kiyan bluntly, though he did appreciate her telling him about Lynia's obvious curiosity. He patted his hands together to get some of the dirt off, before turning to her. "I'm not surprised, she has always been highly curious ever since I can remember." He stated crossing his arms over his chest. "Is that all?" He plainly asked, he was slightly uncomfortable with her now thanks to Kayo's random question.

"Um..." Kiyan trailed off for a moment looking away before looking back at Adaza "I know I said it before... but I'm sorry that this happened... I don't know what would have happened to you if I wasn't there but you probably wouldn't be like this if it wasn't for me." she said as she looked at him feeling responsible for his disgracing.

Adaza just stood there, unfazed by her apology. "Stop apologizing." He said coldly. "Yes, things may have ended differently but it's not the case." He said looking at her, he found it slightly annoying she kept apologizing. "Maybe if you listened to me or even your brother for once, I may not have ended this way." He said more scolding then actually talking. "I could have died and stayed dead, the matter of the fact is it was out of both our control." He simply stated to her. He looked towards the floor before he changed his tone to a normal one. "Stop apologizing for the past, it will do no good." Adaza never looked at Kiyan finishing his sentence, instead he just turned to gather his shirts to leave.

Kiyan nodded quietly before turning to leave once more but paused again "Oh you never did give me Lynia's schedule, she's getting better, I'd like to make sure I do a good job taking care of her." she said softly actually seeming happy at the idea of watching the little girl

"I will have a maid give you the list in the morning." He told her as he knelt down to gather his shirts. A small clattered came from the small wooden box hitting the floor. He had forgotten that the bracelet was in his pocket. Adaza quickly snatched up the box and began to leave with it in hand. He stopped walking for a little in thought. 'Should I just give it to her... no.' He answered to himself in thought before leaving the training room. He looked at the box as he walked away. He was sure if he would ever give her the bracelet thanks to Kayo. How his friend always got under his skin so easily at times.

"What's that?" Kiyan ask as she heard the sound and turned in time to see him picking up a little wooden box. She was still walking out of the room when he passed her but just walked out after him wondering a bit how he shut the training room off exactly

Adaza just waited til she was out of the room before pressing the switches on the statue, sealing the room off once more. "Nothing." He simply repeated before heading off towards his room. He wasn't sure what to do with the bracelet but he knew for sure he didn't want to hand it over to her after Kayo asked him if he liked her. He stopped and looked at the box, 'Do you like my sister...' Kayo's voice filled his head. He sighed, he wasn't even sure why it bothered him that much. Yes, he liked her but no in the way Kayo assumed. At least he thought it was the case but the more he thought about it, the more he was unsure.

Kiyan shrugged before heading off to her room and decided to take a nice hot bath to sooth her aching body after the training they had had today. She easily relaxed into the bath after drawing it and stripping enjoying the heat. She found her mind wandering though as she thought of Kayo and Adaza and that odd conversation her brother had brought up, surely Adaza didn't like her, she was sure he acted that way out of disgust or something. Once she was done washing she easily rinsed off before wrapping herself in the warm fluffy towel before walking back into her bedroom and getting dressed in her old clothes. She soon curled up under the covers and fell fast asleep not even budging until morning

Adaza just went into his room and set the box on his dresser before going to his bathroom to wash up after training. He galred at his reflection in the mirror, even it seemed to be mocking him. After he was in his pajamas pants he left the bathroom and went to his dresser. Adaza looked at the box once more before taking out a piece of paper from the drewer. He took his quill, dipped it in ink before writing outs Lynia's daily schedule. After breakfast she was to study till lunch, have a small break to play before returning her studies for an hour. After that she was free to play til dinner and bed. She was too sick to really do anything else. After he wrote down her schedule he cleaned off his quill and placed it back in it's spot on his dresser before leave the paper to dry. Before heading off to bed.

When morning came Adaza woke up and did his morning routine, washed his face and dressed like he always does. He tapped the top of his dresser with his fingertips before grabbing another piece of paper. He scribbled in his elegant handle writing a simple 'Thank you.' on the paper before sprinkling some simple powder to help it dry faster. Once it was he folded the paper up and placed it in the wooden box. With the box and schedule in hand he left he left his room. "Mia, come here." He order one of his trusted maids. "Yes my Lord." She replied as she bowed lightly in respect. He gave her the instruction to gave Kiyan both the box and the schedule before leaving to go to his study. She bowed and left to complete his orders.

Kiyan awoke at her usual time still feeling a bit achy from the training but just shook her head, she had gotten too comfortable in the short time she had been living there, her muscles weren't used to working out anymore, maybe she would take up running again during her breaks. She easily washed her face and brushed her teeth and hair once she was dressed about to leave her room when Mea knocked and gave her the two items, she thanked her easily before stepping back into her room to read the note then opened the box smiling a little to herself at the note then was surprised to see a white silver pair of wings sprouting from a crimson heart, she pulled it out of the box and realized it was a bracelet, he certainly had good taste in jewelry that was for sure. She gently slipped it on her wrist and couldn't help but find herself smiling. She was never one to like jewelry, nor did she ever really receive gifts so this was both wonderful and surprising to her

Adaza was writing on a piece of paper when Kayo came in. "I think I can prove that you're a subclass." He chimed happily and sat in a chair on the other side of Adaza's desk. Adaza just looked at him after he finished writing a sentence. "And how is that?" Adaza asked him curiously. It was clear that Kayo had stayed up all night in the library and clearly didn't bother to clean up before confronting him. "Your blood transformed again and I was able to record it." He said happily but then frowned. "I just need to know if anything happened out of the ordinary with you last night after you left the dining room." Kayo stated as he leaned forward to hear if anything did. "As a matter of fact, yes." Adaza replied which cause Kayo's eyes to widen with excitement. "Really? What?" He asked just as excitedly. "I didn't kill you, no go." He told Kayo slightly annoyed. "Awe, nothing power-ish?" But Adaza never answered, there was no way he would tell him about the rack.

Kiyan easily made her way over to Lynia's room since it was getting close to time for breakfast and knocked softly to see if she was up not wanting to just walk in since Lynia didn't even really know her yet
