Adaza just looked at her, his face in it's normal state. He rose an eyebrow in confusion, she was missing something; his energy. His eyes widen slightly. "Kirito?" He whispered, his old apprentice. "Sehpeal took you to a different dungeon didn't he?" He asked her knowing all too well that he did. "Kirito, he is the only one I know that can remove someone's energy." He spoke very quietly to Kiyan. He sighed light before sitting on the side of her bed. He just recently found out he still had his powers, thanks to her untimely death. He gently took her hand after clearing his mind. He slowed brought back emotions of anger/annoyance causing his arm to faded into black, it slowly crept its way down his arm to his hand and onto her hand. His energy poured into her slowly, he closed his eyes only to replay the kiss. His eyes shot open as a rather large bolt of his energy shot into Kiyan. Adaza fell off the bed and shook his head trying to clear the image out of his mind. His eyes just realizing what the image had just cause him to do. His mouth slightly dropped from the shock and horror. He just gave her his energy... enough... to permanently bind them as husband and wife.

Kiyan yelped at the sudden jolt of energy and realized that her body had suddenly healed quite a bit, not everything but enough that she felt she could talk normally and was able to sit up. "W-what did you just do?!" she asked in shock feeling a large difference in the powers he had given her this time compared to last time. The look on his face just seemed to make her freak out even more, what had he just done?! he hadn't... had he?!

Adaza just started coughing from the lack of air. He was so shocked that he forgot to breathe. He cursed rather loudly in his elfish tongue. He covered his face once more embarrassment, today he was just making a big fool of himself. He was mentally beating himself and he didn't care if she saw. For the first time he was actually just being a normal guy. "You really don't want to know." He simple replied to her panicking state, although he was just as panicked as her. He just bent his knees and placed his elbows on them as he sat on the floor, his hands hiding his face.

"ADAZA!" Kiyan hissed wanting to know that he didn't do what she thought he might have. At that point Kayo came rushing into the room having heard the commotion and was shocked to see Kiyan sitting up but even more so when he sensed the sudden change in his sister and stared at Adaza unable to think of what to say

He just ignored her. He was trying to figure out why it was working then suddenly he saw that image of him kissing her. He ignored Kayo as well as he thought. His mind was blank why would that appear so randomly as soon as he closed his eyes. He needed to find a way out of this nightmare. Adaza sat there trying to rack his brain on a way out of this situation. He looked up and whispered. "Kirito..." He then cursed more in his native language as he thought. No, that would definitely kill her, removing that much energy would kill even him. "Gah!" He hissed furiously, he had no way of reversing this. He rubbed his right temple with his hand. It was getting rather annoyed at screwing up, which only cause the shadows to move and the whispers to appear once more.

"You..." kayo started as a frown slowly crept onto his face. "Why?! Why would you bond with my sister?! Did you even ask her permission?!" Kayo snarled his protective nature getting the better of him as he tackled Adaza claws drawn and pinned into his arms as Kayo stared angrily at his friend. Kiyan was shocked at this and stared at her brother having never seen him so worked up before

When Kayo pinned him down, his claws digging into Adaza. Something just snapped. His eyes began to glow a deep crimson red, his skin faded into his old blueish gray tone. Multi-voice came from him as he spoke to his friend that now pinned him. "Get off me." The voices hissed darkly. His body erupted with a purple fire forcing Kayo to jump off him. Adaza just stood up, the little streams of his blood floating into the air before disappearing. His long hair was flowing in an unknown breeze as he just look at Kayo, sending shivers down anyones spine. "I was replacing the energy I had given her. The energy she had lost." The voices hissed once more, he more he spoke the angrier he got at his friend and himself for losing control of the situation. The sound of bones breaking filled the air with unholy groans. His nails sharpened into claws as pitch black bat like wings began to sprout from his back. Adaza just stood there in silence, he was more demonic than a elf at this state. The air was ice cold and frost started to cover the windows the angrier he got. "I just lost my focus, attack me again Kayo and I swear it will be your last." The voices venomously spat once more.

Kayo was shocked at this and jumped away from Adaza staring at him in shock and horror as did Kiyan "A-Adaza?" Kiyan whipsered in shock unsure of what to make of his sudden change... she had never seen anything like it before

Adaza spat angrily at the floor. The frost made its way to the ceiling and floor, its crackling sounds mixing with the groans and whispers. His right hand twitched as he stood there in silence. He looked from Kayo's face to Kiyan, they both were wearing the same expression and it was directed at him. He lifted his hands and looked at his claws in curiosity, he turned his attention back to Kayo and Kiyan. Then to the mirror that was in the room, he went to step closer but instantly was in front of it. His speed was nearly instant. He looked back at the distance he just traveled. He wasn't sure what to make of his form, he turned back to the mirror and saw his demonic form. "Kayo? What's going on?" The voices asked curiously, he couldn't seem to snap back to normal; well to his human form.

Kiyan shivered some and pulled her covers around her but it did little to keep her warm with all the frost in the room. "Um... uh... I.... have no idea... M-maybe a trait of the sub-class?" Kayo offered still seeming shocked "M-maybe try calming down before you freeze the room solid" he commented

Adaza just glared at Kayo. "I am calm." The voices hissed, it may not have sounded like it but he was. He noticed Kiyan shiver from the cold, he didn't even feel it. The frost traveled down further onto the ceiling. He needed to get out of here before he froze both Kiyan and Kayo. He went for the door only to instantly reach it, his clawed hand reached for the handle. His eyes widen as the door began to wilt and decay instantly. It was as if time had speed up on the door itself before it turned black crumbled onto the floor. Adaza just took a step back as a light came from the door and entered him, he felt a little nourished a little from the door. "Uh... Kayo." The voices hissed more. "I think I just ate my door's remaining life." The voices never sounding differently from the venomous hissing.

Kayo gawked at his friend before taking a step away. "Um... Okay... don't touch anything or anyone." he said trying to think of a way to fix this but couldn't come up with anything. "Ease your nerves unless you wish to freeze the house entirely." The melodic voice came again as Kiyan had seemed to just vanish instantly turning into the fox that brushed up against Adaza's side as she passed him. "your power is great but your mind is weak, settle your nerves or you will destroy everything you hold dear. Do not fret though, this young flame is weak as well, build your strength together, I'm sure it will help you grow closer as well." the fox spoke but he lips never moved as she looked up at Adaza her eyes completely black as she seemed to be blind

Adaza just glared at Kayo. "No, I want to give everyone a big hug." The voices spat darkly at Kayo. If he just ate the door when he barely touched the handle, why would he touch someone. His glare was broken when he heard the same voice from the fox that revived Kiyan. He just watched as the fox brushed up against him as she passed him. "Kiyan?" He asked in his normal deep voice, she was different. The voices had faded from him and the air. He just looked at the fox as he slowly returned to normal. His eyes changed back into the pale crystal coloring, his skin back to pale white. His nails returned to normal as the wings slowly retreated back inside of him. The purple fire dying, he closed his eyes his body was drained from all that energy that form took from him. For some odd reason, the thought of Kiyan soothed him when just before it had made him so mad that he bound himself to her. He fell to his knees and hands, breathing heavy as he looked at the fox. Was she a subclass? She got more interesting the more he knew her. Without warning, Adaza slipped into unconsciousness. He landed on the floor near the fox, his body cold from all the energy he used.

The fox watched Adaza carefully before turning to Kayo. "Young fox... please take him to his room, he needs rest, as does this young flame, I shall mend her wounds as much as my powers will allow but she must rest for a few days, see to it that she does." the fox said before jumping back in bed and got under the covers shifting back as Kiyan passed out cold from the odd powers. kayo was shocked at this but quickly nodded and got Adaza up taking him to his room and laying him in his bed to rest before heading back to Kiyan's room with a medical kit to draw some blood. He easily went to the library and studied it for a bit before heading to bed.

Adaza slowly stirred awake. He wasn't sure how he got into his bedroom but the pulsing pains brought him back to the past events. Never had his other forms cause so much pain afterwards, maybe it was from being the first time. Between his shoulder blades hurt the worse, the extremely strong aching made it difficult to get up but he managed. He made his way to his bathroom and cleaned up with some difficulties afterwards he left his room. He slowly made his way to the library. He needed answers and hopefully Kayo way there to help him figure things out. If this was truly a effect of being a subclass then it would be interesting in the least.

Kayo was indeed in the library studying a book that was not part of the library but was from his own personal collection, a book that he had bought from a traveler who had spent allot of time in and around the Darkous territory. As he was reading he was also munching on an apple too busy to head to the dining room yet. The more he read the more fastinated he became, both Adaza and his sister were very interesting indeed, they both seemed to be polar opposites, this would certainly be interesting with Adaza having bound to his sister.

He opened the door to see Kayo. Adaza just sighed watching him eat an apple and read. Slowly he made his way towards the area the fox was. He crossed his arms over his chest as he weakly stood. "Have you found anything useful yet or do I need to do the majority of the work again?" He asked his friend, hopefully Kayo would bring up anything besides the transformation. last thing he needed was to explain to him what happened between him and Kiyan to Kayo. Granted it was a rather large mistake but nothing could be done about it now.

"Hm... well i found that in the old days being blessed by a nature spirit was quite common among the leaders or elders of mine and several other fox clans, even wolves and other shifters... but to be blessed by the spirit of life or rejuvenation..." Kayo trailed off with a deep frown before looking up at Adaza "It only happens when the spirit is near death, it looks for a new host to bear it's powers... normally sub-classes would be in the blood line... like becoming king or having a certain color of hair, eyes or skin. And the spirit can't travel far to find it's new host either... normally the descendants would be trained beforehand... but with the war going on the descendants would be in hiding and unable to reveal themselves, to the point they might even forget their lineage..." he said kinda ranting a little before shaking his head. "Anyway, in other words Kiyan has two people living inside her right now, herself and the spirit fox. I had no idea but apparently my family does have the traits of a subclass, but only certain members and they're mostly women. What I don't understand is... she could touch you... you made a door decintigrate and yet she could touch you and nothing happened." Kayo explained then frowned and thought some as he took another bite from his apple before locking his eyes on his friend knowing no one else was in the room. "Why did you bond with my sister? And don't avoid the question" he asked the protective tone coming into his voice a little

Adaza just listened to his friend. It was rather interesting. Kiyan was a subclass like him. He was sure he was after the transformation, it was the only explanation. He glared at Kayo upon hearing his question that shortly fallowed. "I honestly didn't mean to bound with her Kayo, believe me." He said softly before sitting in a chair nearby. "Kayo, I don't think you fully understand what it is to give someone a dark elf's energy. It doesn't just binds us to that person. It binds to their soul." Adaza tried to explain to his friend. He leaned forward and rested his elbows on his knees as he looked at Kayo. "When I gave her my energy it was to help her then when Kirito removed it from her, it was as if he ripped out part of her soul. Her very life source." He said looking away from his friend and sighed in defeat. "I was just replacing it." He leaned back in the chair, debating on if he really wanted to tell him why he lost concentration. "It was going perfectly until I closed my eyes." He rubbed his face in embarrassment. "I relived the scene where I kissed her and freaked, as I did my energy spiked." He said looking away. He didn't really want to see his friend's react to that simple but regretful mistake on his part.

Kayo listened as he at his apple but nearly choked at his friends words. "You kissed Kiyan?!" he exclaimed but then a smirk came onto his face. "I knew you liked her! i was right! As usual though, I know what to expect from you by now." he laughed some "you do realize that you can't hide it now though right? She'll be able to sense if you're lying even if she doesn't realize the full extent of bonding." he pointed out with a chuckle.

Adaza just turned and glared. "You were there when I kissed her." He knew Kayo was forgetful but not that forgetful. Adaza just kept his glare. He knew there was no point in hiding the fact that he did like her but Kayo didn't need to rub it in. He just listened to his friend and lowered his head. He knew that but he wasn't going to show it, not that he really did before. "You're annoying at time you know that." He said to Kayo, he always pointed out the obvious. "As for bonding with her, neither of you share our traditions. You never even bounded with your wife. It all be as if it never happened, might as well add that to being shamed." He simply stated to his friend.

"Right... but i had allot on my mind, between my sister dying and then being brought back by a nature spirit I think that more then explains why I didn't recall that right away." Kayo pointed out then frowned darkly at Adaza "I want to bond with my wife but i can't. Kiyan already has dark powers she won't loose anything from being bound to you but my powers are of white magic, healing, if I bond with my wife I will no longer be able to use the full extent of my powers, and if that happens i will be out of a job" he pointed out with a frown. he really did want to bond with his wife but the risks were too high, not only could he loose his powers and his job but it could kill him since his fox form was already weakened.

Adaza just tapped his fingertips on the armrest of the chair he was sitting in. "Isn't Kiyan resurrection?" He asked Kayo curiously. "Gathering from the other night, I'm death itself." He thought back of the transformation and the door. "Shouldn't Kiyan and I have the same reaction both you and your wife have with our energies? After all, they're both complete opposite energies." Adaza said in deep thought. It didn't make sense to him, life and death, both are opposite. Yet she was able to touch him with no effect and if it wasn't for her, he would have destroyed the whole manor.

"Hm... true but for a long time resurrection was seen as a curse in my culture, well a blessing and a curse. Anyone who tried normally ended up dead from the major loss in their own power and... the sickness that comes with it. I've been closely monitoring Kiyan since she brought back Lynia and she is indeed sick, she just doesn't like to show it. Resurrection isn't as pretty and happy as everyone wants to believe it is, normally it would kill the person that is casting it and anyone around them that is not blood related, Kiyan used some of my energy when she got into the danger zone so as to not kill herself while bringing Lynia back. It's also known as a curse because it's said that the resurrection spirit's host lives allot longer then most of our kind, even longer then the other spirits. They normally move away from their clans so as to not grow close to anyone for fear they would outlive them." Kayo explained with a frown. "Darkness is not a normal power for my kind... Kiyan is special... she can use dark flames but can also use healing magic... I never thought of it before but it would explain why she was chosen to be the host to such a spirit." he said softly with a sigh.

Adaza just rested his chin in his right hand as he sat listening, it was all interesting at the very least. "That's all very interesting, however it rises quite a few questions." Adaza just looked at his friend. "My race dwells with death as you well know. We are masters in darkness, curses and agony. Tell me this Kayo. If a resurrentioning Darkous clan member is fuzed with our energy then shouldn't they be allowed to tap into our Necromancy strengthening their resurrection abilities?" He asked curious. "Perhaps my energy was far more important to your sister then you and I first believe. Could it have been the only thing helping her and giving her strength to move around after Lynia's resurrection?" He asked more curious than ever.
