With a small but deep breath Adaza just looked at her, "Well Kayo will be here for a few days, probably be over more now that you are living here." He told her as he started to slowly walk his way towards the dinning room. He stopped and turned to her, "You would go far as a healer if you train it, we have no laws against women healers. I would even pay for you to get a education in furthering your skills. After all Lynia won't need a woman care for her for much longer." He told her softly, his daughter was growing fast, granted he almost lost. However he knew that she could make a great doctor like her brother if she wanted to at least, she didn't seem to take up any of his offers though.

(she never said she wouldn't train XD )

"You think so... I used to be the best healer in my village... but I gave up self healing when Kayo didn't come home..." Kiyan said softly then moved to take her seat when they were in the dining room and before too long saw her brother walk in as well and smile at her and Adaza.

- She didn't agree either. :) -

Adaza sat down at his normal seat after she sat down, "Well ask your brother about it, he could give you insight about the healing profession." He said as Kayo walked into the dinning room, he smiled at his friend. "What do you think about your sister going into the healing profession Kayo? I think she could have great future if she applies herself and not fight with the boys." He said simply before taking a small sip of water from a crystal wine glass. They always had fine class dishes they used and he didn't know why but his former wife insisted upon it; he just never discontinued it.

"I never said I wouldn't stop training though... I actually wouldn't mind taking you up on that offer Adaza... but I would like to learn more about my healing powers." Kiyan said softly then looked to her brother. "So... you have a wife and a son?" she asked since they never really got to talk about that before.

- I guess i have to be him again. xD -

They both chuckled at her, she was was feisty still, specially after Adaza's comment of her beating up the boys. "Well but I would ask you refrain from speaking of it to anyone. You're brother is different but someone can easily over hear." He told her in a polite but warning manner. Kayo nodded in agreement, "You could be killed for that and he could lose everything, including his and his daughter's life. His name would also be slandered to the point that his name would be erased from time and buried in dishonorable grave. That's just the beginning." He told his sister, the servants placed the meal in front of them all. "Thank you." Kayo and Adaza said to the girls. "I will get you a teacher for your healing." Adaza said to Kiyan as he begin to prepare his food into small bites before he would began to eat, Kayo snickered at his friend for being to proper but turned his attention to his sister. "Yes, been married for two years to a dark elf named Solona. I just had a little boy named Kail." He told her happily before he slowly started eating.

"Sorry iddn't really think about it." Kiyan said then nodded to what he said about getting her a healing teacher before looking to her brother and smiled. "Wow... it seems like you've had more things change for you then I have... When they thought that you had died I gave up on self healing and started to train harder and went into the actual military... When I fought Adaza though he found me out... I guess it's not such a bad thing now... I just wish the others didn't have to die." she said softly though didn't sound angry about it anymore.

- Fine but you owe me. xD -

Adaza eat slowly as they spoke, he stopped and looked at her when she spoke about fighting him. Kayo just looked at his sister, "You fought him, and you're still alive?" He question her in awe, "She tried to fight me." He told her brother, "She was in my dungeon for a few days, she was refusing to die. Lynia is who saved her." He told Kayo bluntly who just looked at him with shock. "What? You tried to kill my sister?" He asked his friend, "She was dressed like a man, you know how I was trained. Boy or adult or woman, they can kill like anyone else. You know my orders with women warriors, it's them or my daughter." He told Kayo who just looked at him but he looked at his sister, Adaza was right like always. "His shadow technique defeated you, didn't it? It was what got me." He told his sister as Adaza just looked at them.

"Now you didn't tell me that... but yes that's what beat me." Kiyan first said to Adaza then looked at Kayo and said the las part to him. Was it hir fault that Lynia had gotten so sick? Or was she already like that before she got there?

Adaza smirked at her words, "You didn't ask, beside we been at each other's throats since you were released from the dungeon. We never really talked." He told her before he grabbed his glass for another drink. Her brother shook his head, "I still can't believe you imprison my sister." He said cutting up this food, "Yes, next time I go to battle I'll stop to ask if your related before killing them." He told Kayo in a very sarcastically, Kayo just waved it off. "Alright no need for sarcasm." He said to Adaza, he turned back to his sister. "You have to be careful with his guy. He hides things from everyone and he don't care if people hate them when he is just fallowing orders." He told her as Adaza continued to eat.

"Oh no I already found that out... he said that he threw away my clothes from our clan when he really didn't... he only said that he did so he could get the measurements... I still don't see why he didn't just ask though." Kiyan said before taking a bite then looking at Adaza and still couldn't understand him. "Yes and I'm sure that would work in war, 'oh hey you're related to this guy I know... I'll let someone else kill you instead since you can't leave the battlefield." she said mockingly.

Adaza just smiled at them, Kayo was just shaking his head at hearing what he did. "Sounds like him, he tricked me into asking out a girl I liked here. She is now my wife granted but he literally went to her and to this day I do not know what he said to her fully to make her run and cry. I had to run after her and tell her my feelings for her to even look at me." He told Kiyan, he looked at Adaza curiously. "What did you say to her?" He laughed lightly at his friend and smiled but continued eating his dinner. "I didn't ask cause you wouldn't have listen." He told her plainly and she knew it was true, Kayo just roiled his eyes. "See." He told her, he didn't understand his friend at all. Adaza just chuckled at her fallowing comment, "I'm sure that would work wonderfully." He said adding to it, but her brother just shook his head at them.

"Heh. So do you think I could maybe help make some medicinefor Lynia? I might know of an herb that can help." Kiyan asked softly to her brother though also looked over to Adaza to see if he was okay with that. She was nearly finished with her food and it wouldn't really be long before she was done.

Both the guys nodded lightly, "If you believe you can help my daughter, I am all for it." Adaza said, he was going to try and trust her. Kayo looked at him in shock, he never trusted people so easily specially with his daughter. "Alright, I will have my assistant fill you in on her medical history and medicine." Kayo said to his sister. Adaza was done with his food as he listened to them talking, Kayo was still eating. He didn't really want show any distrust to her after all she brought his daughter back.

"Thank you, that means allot." Kiyan said looking at Adaza since she knew it probably took allot for him to trust her with his daughter. "That would be wonderful... if I'm right then there's just a few things that you may be missing in the medicine... while I was healing her I could sense both the medicine and the sickness but I couldn't read it without loosing concentration, when I see her though I should be able to tell." Kiyan smiled some as she had finished her food and stood helping the maids clean up even though it really wasn't her job... it was just her Adaza and her brother there so she was sure Adaza wouldn't mind... besides she liked helping.

Adaza just nodded to her, as her brother continued to eat. Kayo was starving it seemed but how he ate. "Kayo, you should really learn proper edicate being a doctor it may come in handy." He told his friend who just glared at him. "Well I'm not rich and girly like you, beside my wife doesn't care how I eat." He told Adaza in defense, which just made the general laugh. Adaza turned his attention back to Kiyan as she spoke, "She will be out for a while, I'm running test on her to make sure she is completely alright." Kayo told his sister, he had enough healing to return her to normal. "Beside you still need to rest." Adaza finished, he watched her help the servants and shook his head lightly. One day she was going to get herself and him in trouble with that.

"What can I not evenn see if she's okay and if there's anything I can do? You know I like to help in whatever way I can." Kiyan scoffed to her brother then sighed a bit once the maids took over and washed the dishes... really all she helped with was gathering the plates and such.

- Sorry, less time on the computer, doing interviews for another job. -

Kayo shook his head no, "She is really sick and her body is to weak for any visitors. However she is a dark elf Kiyan, their bodies are different and the healing is more complex then you think. No visitors, no even Adaza is allowed to see her. Granted his energy might be best for her seeing how they are blood related but I still can't risk it." He told his sister, Adaza just nodded with agreement. "It is understandable Kayo, I must ask for you to wait patiently Kiyan, for my daughter's sake." Adaza asked her but more with a ordering voice and without warning he stood up from the table. "However I must retire for the night, my energy is low from the past events and I had important matters to deal with involving my cousin. Goodnight." He told the two before leaving the dinning room to head to his room, his energy was dangerously low and he needed to hide within the darkness of his room.

"That's understandable, I guess just tell me when she's feeling better then." Kiyan said softly to the both of them not arguing the point. She then watched as Adaza lefter and looked at her brother curiously. "His cousin?" she asked curiously wondering some what was going on now.

(tis fine surprisingly enough I think I was already asleep by the time you posted XD )

Kayo just shook his head towards his sister, "I will." He took a small sip before looking at his sister. "How have you been, well before the war and Adaza's cruelty?" He asked her curiously, it had been a long time since he seen her and now that they are alone he could get to knowing what his sister was up to since his disappearance.

Adaza just made it to his room, he sat on his bed after a period of time. He had changed into his pajamas, granted he never wore the top of the outfits; that was always his wife's favorite part. She always took them and he never gotten out of the habit of that, he didn't want to. He covered himself with the blankets as he laid down, he couldn't sleep with everything going on in the last few days so he just laid there.

"Well... after you vanished someone attacked the village and most of the houses were destroyed... mom, dad, Mesa and Mera didn't make it... after that I started to train more then usual... made it as high as I could go in guarding ranks then disguised myself as a man and joined the army... I rose in rank quickly... I was third in command and have been in three wars so far... I had the second highest kill and wounded rate next to...." Kiyan went silent for a few minutes a tear slipping past her eyes before she quickly wiped them away and continued. "I was halfway through this war when I saw Adaza and tried to attack him... all my attacks went right through him and he landed one blow on me... at the point he had cut through the bandages that I was using to hide myself and revealed me as a woman... from there he bound me and the rest you already know." she sighed softly then shook her head. "I still can't believe I lost but what I was most upset about during the time I was in the dungeon was that I had never continued my studies in self healing... and that I didn't have a chance to try and save the few children that were down there with us." she sighed heavily and you could tell she definitely blamed herself for the downfall of over half of their clan... she really felt it was all her fault and in a way it was.

Kayo just listened to his sister as she spoke, he knew she had a feelings for General Kaji. The sadness on her face said it all. "I'm sorry Kiyan, I always hope you and Kaji would be together." He told her sadly, he looked at his empty plate in front of him. "I heard that the village was attacked but I always hoped everyone made it safely." He spoke softly to her, the emotion where fighting to be let out but he never would let them. "Adaza is the greatest warrior I have faced as well. I never fought a dark elf that could control shadows like he can. When I fought him, I knew I was going to die. He forced me to a world of pure agony and loneliness, I broke but I found out something about him that changed my out look on him." He told her trying to let her know about why he was the way he is. "Kiyan, Adaza had a trouble childhood cause of his mother. His cousin on his mother's side set up everything, the kidnapping that eventually killed his wife, she wasn't properly taken care of during the time there. It made her weak for the birthing of Lynia. His family are heartless and they will kill anyone to break him and to keep him under their control." He told her slightly warning her to be on eggshells when confronted by them. "He is, he has been a prisoner longer then you realize. I watched him get tortured for sparing me and he will get punished for sparing you. Only thing you can do, is stay silent, forget what you seen, forget what you remember. You life is here now." With that he stood up and gathered his dishes so he could clean them and slowly made his way to the sink.

Kiyan was silent as she listened to her brother and couldn't believe what she was hearing... that was horrible... how could a family do that to someone? How could anyone do that to someone? "Wow I didn't know any of that... I feel so sorry for him... I wish there was some way that I could help sooth his pain" she said and you could tell she meant it and really wished she could help him. However what she heard next she couldn't help but frown at. "How can I forget about everything?! How could you even say that? I loved and miss my life in the village... I miss taking care of the children there and helping all of the families... I can't just forget about everything that happened... and believe me some of it I wish I could... I wish I could forget seeing Kaji die, and John and Mat and Mark, but at the same time I don't... if we forget everything that we had, everyone that we loved and cared about then we forget ourself Kayo... and you should know that... your the one that taught me that. I don't care if I'm tortured for who I am, how I am, or what I am I am what I am and what you are... we are Darkous Foxes and we must never forget that... if we let that go then we let everything that makes us different and us go. So no... I will not forget or let go of my life from before. Because of my agreement with Adaza I am bound by my word that I will not speak a word of my choices to Linia and so long as none of the maids bring it up to me I won't say anything to them either, but I will never forget that I AM a warrior and that no one can take away from me, I will fight until my last breath to keep that and what makes me me." she said and you could tell she was not happy with how her brother had just spoken... how could he tell her that? It wasn't right and he knew it. She then gathered the rest of the dishes and went into the kitchen with him to clean them and help him as well though you could still see that she was upsetted by the idea of forgetting.

Kayo looked at his sister after the dishes were done, he shook his head lightly in thought. She didn't know the full story but she would learn soon enough about Adaza's family, but speaking up would only cause more harm to be done to him. He just listened to her speak about not forgetting and about how he shouldn't have done that. "As do I Kiyan, however it's not like that." He took a deep breath before looking around to make sure they were alone. "I fought to keep that part of me and all it did was bring me closure to death. Every time Adaza came to my rescue cause of Lynia, he was placed in his own cousin's dungeon with me and I was forced to watch them torture him. There is not a night I don't hear the sounds of his flesh burning against light-enchanted metals or his screams, every word I said it made it worse." He looked at his sister, "Please if not for me, then for Lynia. Last time she nearly lost her father cause of a member of the Darkous Fox clan." He told her softly, he hated to forget but it was the safest way to save his one good friend.

"I can't forget but I can promise that I won't say anything to anyone... I don't want Adaza or Lynia to get hurt but if I forget then I loos everything that was ever important to me... if I forget then I loos the will to turn into my fox form and that's something I will never give up." Kiyan said softly though you could tell by the tone in her voice that she did care about Lynia and Adaza... she just couldn't give up her thoughts on being a Darkous or her love for being free... it was what made her her.

He looked at the floor after turning around and leaning against the sink. His eyes were sad, he knew what she meant but he had forgotten how to be a Darkous Fox. His form was lost but he gain a lifetime love and a wonderful child. "He will, every time he saves a life... he will be placed in the dungeon." He warned his sister softly, he heard her emotions in her voice but kept silent about it. Looking up at her Kayo weakly smiled, "His cousin is coming tomorrow, behave and don't talk." He sighed lightly before looking at her once more. "Adaza will be gone for a while, when he returns, I need to you care for him. My time will be spent on his daughter, healing him with your magic is dangerous. His body eats shadows to heal slowly, healing him slows it and causes more harm to his anatomy." He told his sister in a light warning tone.
