One year our families expected us at 8 different gatherings from the time I got off work on Christmas Eve until Christmas night. That is just too many thing to try to do in a little over 30 hours. We drove a couple of hundred miles during that time as well.

I'm thinking of buying one of the tiny trees I saw in the window of a charity shop and putting it on our coffee table. My flatmate won't even acknowledge it but it will amuse me on some level.

Snow cream is a ice cream like substance made of snow, milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla. It is amazing. You can't make it with the first snow or after the snow has set too long but it's the best ice cream you'll ever eat. I think only people in the South make it.

We need a new tree :x A bunch of the lights on ours stopped working last year. Of course, it's a fake tree, which I have no problems with. I think they're easier to deal with XD

D: I'm hoping I can get a job before Christmas, but it seems like it won't happen. I think I'm undesirable.
