@ Clair, I live in Australia...New Years Eve was really hot this year where I live, with the forecasted low being 28 degrees celsius, but at midnight it was still over 30...I hardly slept partly because of the heat.

Y'know, I watched Avatar for the first time ever last year on DVD and while it was good I think it is a bit overrated, given the hype surrounding it. Titanic left a bigger impression on me.

It's just stuff. Depression is worse than normal, doctors have been refusing me the painkillers I need to function enough to walk, half way through last year repressed memories of my childhood rape resurfaced and only now is it hitting me, most of my local friends are too busy to offer physical comfort, I've been getting hate online since I came out as ungendered (not sure if because of it, but it started around same time) and, the family is being not helpful in trying to make me loose weight that I'm finally comfortable with mentally, and yeah-
everything sucks right now and coming here and typing to people is something I find hard right now but I'm trying.

It's ok Goat, i am sorry if I pushed you, but i tend to think of mene as a home of family and friends, where we can talk about our problems to one another and where we might not get resolution n it will help us think of a logical solution to them or just let them all out so we can forget about them.

If it makes you feel better i know a few people on menewsha that are ungendered, and that dislike gender titles, so you are not alone in that area.

It doesn't help that very recently someone I thought was my best and most understanding friend broke off contact with me with no explanation (they blocked me on everything) then tried to get me to soothe their nightmares using a mutual friend as proxie. When I said no because they'd made their decision and didn't even ask me themselves they called me a fake bitch and 'slapped' me over the internet.. I've been talking to a friend who knows this sort of thing to try and understand and it turns out it was pretty abusive relationship anyway..

I just.. Can't take it any longer. Everything hurts and NOTHING eases it enough to let me think without secretly trying to plan my death. The doctors won't even let me see a proper shrink and try to treat me themselves.

Goat, I can only imagine how upsetting losing that friend after coming out as ungendered is...also, I also think you should consider seeing another doctor who would consider referring you to a shrink and supporting you while you wait to see the shrink for the first time.

And.. This doctor is the tenth one in as many months. They all move on to the rich areas, retire, get so sick they can't return, or are absolutely terrible like my current one.. I'm considering just NOT going to the doctors for a whole year and using the night doctor to get my scripts. at least he's personable.

What's saying those things? =/
