I have seen my current family doctor for many years...and even changed surgery so I could keep seeing the same doctor...interestingly, rumours suggest that the change in surgery was partially a result of a disagreement with one of the other doctors...so the medical history files were sent across but had to be done sneakily.

I think if I did want to change doctors though I would just visit a GP surgery that could accomodate new patients and let them get to know me, examinations, blood tests and all that...from scratch

I get emails that I haven't the skill to trace, anons on tumblr, and notes from 'dead' accounts on deviantart. =n= nothing with a face or something I can name, though I feel it might be that 'friend' I had as it used to get worst aroudn the times she was mad at me for not recovering from my depression fast enough.

I've pretty much exhausted all the surgeries in the area for doctors. There are even a few that refuse to see me and always send me to a different guy who I hate and wants to treat my depression himself. He even bloody diagnosed me with ocd on the premise that I was 'sighing'. which is bullshit and he's not even qualified.

Tracing emails? Unless they're using those exclusively to attack you. But some people are just out to hurt people. You have to just ignore them. If you get an email that is saying bad things, simply delete it without reading any farther. Reading it will do no good.

By the sounds of it maybe waiting would be good... they're insane my gosh...

I tried to trace a few when it got really bad so I could block domain, but it didn't work. I find out the main gist of what their saying and delete them now though. Just 'oh yes this is hate goodbye'

That's a difficult situation you're in...I hope you have family and friends you can rely on for emotional support, feel free to PM me if you want to vent...

And I know it is hard to see the good things in life when you're depressed, particularly when there's so much stuff happening that's contributing to the depression, but with perseverance you will get through it...I know, I've been through prolonged depression too.

Ah.. no.. Just mothership and her boyfriend.. who would rather I wasn't around and barely talk to me except to get me to do chores.

I recently changed doctors as my doctor moved to another practice.

I'm pretty used to it.. And she'd always insist on having joint appointments with me and taking over the whole lot.

I love my new doctor. She's amazing. I mean didn't even blink when she was doing something and I was swearing like a sailor.

You book a double both go in at the same time supposedly it saves time but i always get neglected

Physical fits. My back will cease up and I won't be able to move at all, or my limps will start quaking and I might hit the person next to me when I can't control it any more. The latest doc said it was a 'learned response' meaning I make it happen myself because I'm crazy.
