It's honestly a roulette for me and my 3 siblings. My mother side of the family has INCREDIBLY poor health,
while my daddy's side has been known to live in their 100's. My dad is in his mid-sixties, and he's as strong as
an ox!! :x I'm not even joking! I bet if I tried, I could be just like him.

Well if you keep yourself somewhat fit and enjoy life to the fullest... you can end life with no regrets when the time comes...

I have to take a lot of pills to sleep, but at least they work and I have no complaints :D I have something weird where my brain won't shut down properly so without them I'll only get an hour a night at most. Thank you, God, for making Trazidone.
