Is it not normal to have bacon and eggs for breakfast?

Not when your having them for dinner~

If you want to spice it up and make it different, cut out the center of a piece of bread and break the egg into the bread on the pan...

You still have to flip it but it's so much easier to cook.

I'm going to do that for breakfast. Oh man that sounds so good. Hopefully I can do it right!

It's the same as cooking an egg, the only difference is that you're containing it in a piece of bread. And if you grease it with bacon...
(Just be careful because bread absorbs bacon grease very easily)

Grapefruit: Well... most of Saturday was spent in the ER because my hubby stupidly injured himself - he's fine, but keeping a three year old busy while keeping an eye on our 2 1/2 month old (who slept for most of the time, thank goodness), was exhausting. He's fine, just on crutches - this'll be interesting. O.o
Awww, yeah - Monday. I'm not a huge fan of them.
