So, I have the dumbest phobia in the history of phobias. Sticky hands, they're a toy. If you don't I know what they are google em but don't post pictures. I ran into one today and ugh..

My moms super into animal crossing and she was playing it? But I needed to run away because those terrifying beasts were there. So I inconvenienced her... :/ she was mad at me for needing to leave when she wanted to keep playing her game.

Ugh.. I'm both ticked and freaked out right now.

Sticky anything. I've super generalized this phobia. Though any felt hand shapes freak me out too. Like scarcophogus? From Pokemon? Terrifying.

I think it started cause I thought they felt gross and didn't wanna be touched by em.. And my dad thought that was inappropriate for a kid? So... He tried fixing that? I think uh "flooding" is what he was trying for.

Yeah... umm... that pokemon is a valid fear...

There are certain ... adult novelties made out of that sticky rubber stuff, and I don't like them...

It's nasty, and yeah, it picks up every bit of dirt, and it's gross to feel...

Phobias? Mine are snakes and scorpions, mostly, but I have others... I don't like to talk about all of them...

I've started talking and joking about all my problems... Because it makes me feel less lame? I dunno...

I'm glad the kids I babysit don't have any of the children's toys.


Also the adult novelties... Wouldn't that get stuck on your junk? Like that's... That sounds uncomfortable in every way. I think all sex stuff is uncomfortable but.. That's a whole new level.

my problem with kids is the noisy toys

I hate sticky hands...like literally, because I don't like sticky anything, but the actual toys too. My brother would get them out of the little 25 cent crank toy machines at the grocery store, you know, and he'd hit me with them.

My brothers would line their door frame with them because they knew I didn't like em.

Well that's one way to say keep out...

I know, right? I had no interest in their room till they did that.
They generally ignored me other than to do they steryotypical "it's a girl it has cooties" thing. Like themed hunt me down to do that? (Physically speaking "it" was a girl)

I never did the whole girls have cooties thing...
I was more "it's a human it has cooties" XD

though that is because being touched caused a form of "ghost touch" in which I could feel it for hours after being touched...

I don't have that problem, but I don't like being touched, unless I am really close to you, and then I'm like a cat, just with these really casual touches.
I told my fiance once, the reason I need to touch his face and his shoulders and hair is because sometimes my brain needs to be reassured that he's real and still there. ._. Because good things tend to either be lies or not stay in my life very long.

The closest I get to touching is awkward arm touches and sitting vaguely near people.

to date the only people I let touch me are people I am in a relationship with... because they are the only touch I actually like

My close family and my fiance are the only ones I really let touch me. I went to his mother's church one time, just one, and the whole congregation descended on me, like in welcome? But I have this huge anxiety/panic disorder and also I'm terrified of being hurt or hit so I don't like touching, and I literally ran away. o____o

I don't even let my family touch me

I get bad reactions from some people because if I feel like letting someone hug me or whatever I do, but then if I don't feel like it, they act like I've suddenly turned mean or cold or something...

I just don't like being touched unless I feel like it, and people don't get that it's my right to say when I feel like it.
