Just popped back to let you guys know, if your computer's a lil derp derp like mine, it won't open the station. So if you tried and it didn't work, don't despair. Spread the word, and if someone else want's to listen, just use theirs. Have a listening party. And if you wanna get in on the contests, subscribe to the shows facebook page Vapeology with Rayne. Winner will be picked 5 minutes before the show, and she will give out a code word, at some point in the show, to make sure you listened. So, again, if you're interested, check it out.

All he tends to offer me are anti-nausea meds and things like nexium (I think?) when I'm feeling sick, and I always say no because I figure they're prescription for a reason. I think he doesn't think it's such a big deal because his mom is a doctor, so sometimes she's like, oh, you need this, let me prescribe it for you, and what he doesn't stop to think is, yeah, so family is sharing, but it's because she knows what she's doing. I have no idea, man ><; Sometimes he just doesn't think about the legality of things... I suppose the best way to say it is he's very "Neutral Good" or just very uninformed and naive... or possibly it has to do with his aspergers, I really don't know enough about that. I just know that sometimes he does something that makes me pause and ask, what made you think that was okay to do? oO lol. And this is one of those things :|

As far as allergies go, all I have to do is look up the chemical name, as the only real drug allergy I have is anything with 'sulfa' in it (yeah, sulfur allergy, awesome ><;; ) so it's easy enough to spot.
Hey, try ginger for nausea.

Poet: I just panic; like I try and swallow then I freak and my throat tense and it makes it difficult to swallow. As for chewing tablets; it has made no difference to how they work; they still work the same for me. All doctors know how I take it, and they don't really care as long as I take it.

I just know that there is a kiddo I know who has pills he shouldn't chew. Though that could be because they are time release.

Medi - Okay, then you probably aren't on any extended release pills , and if you can't swallow pills, it's probably better that your doctor not prescribe such things.

Kirin - Yeah, most do not chew/break medications are extended or slow release. I think there are a few other medications not to chew but I can't remember what they are.

That's why I prefer pills, which I'm able to gulp down no problem.
U know, when I was a youngster I wouldn't hardly take a pill. Lol..... Nothing like middleage to bring one around on that issue.

I'm the same when it comes to medication. My ex-fiance had depression and he was prescribed anti-depressants. They seemed to work at first, but before long, they began messing him up something chronic. So when I was offered the same prescription, I told my GP that I wasn't going to take the anti-depressants, citing my ex's laundry list of problems. I go for the natural medicines, and they do a lot more for me than any prescribed medication.

The only time I've ever "shared prescriptions" was when my brother and I were prescribed exactly the same dose of exactly the same thing, so sometimes we're just take both our doses out of the same bottle for convenience,

Unless you're also counting the times my mother stole from my anti-anxiety meds. I didn't offer; she just took them.

I'm an advocate of natural medicine, though, but only when it is a complement to a prescribed regimen or otherwise done under a doctor's guidance, or a last result when all other treatments have failed. I've seen far too many people die because some snake oil salesman told them that an overpriced drop of onion juice in their water would cure their cancer.

I would like to go natural with my medication,
But as far as I know, there are currently no natural antipsychotics out there.
I have Schizoaffective disorder and I currently have to take antipsychotics indefinitely, though, I've tried to find natural remedies, nothing else seems to work and I usually end up having relapse.
