Sorry haven't had a lot of time to post because of work.

I'm not afraid of heights so much as I am afraid of the feeling of falling. It's not even the sudden stop at the end. It's that feeling of your stomach rising up into your throat that freaks me the hell out and I just can't handle it T.T So I can be up high and be okay so long as I feel sure I'm not going to fall, so I can handle ferris wheels just fine most of the time. Roller coasters, though? NOPE. Even elevators that move too fast... I freak out on elevators that move too fast, and it's not like I can see that I'm falling or how high I was :/

I used to HATE glass elevators for some reason. No idea why. This was back when I was a child, mind you, so maybe it had something to do with the fact that I could see where we were going, and it musta freaked me out something chronic. Nowadays they don't bother me at all, but I don't like elevators of any stripe that zip along like crazy, especially when they're going down :/

If I feel safe I can comfortably be up high on a tower standing on a glass floor with no problem. But if I'm on a wobbly ladder I'd probably freak out on the fourth step.

I'm pretty good with heights, but if it was an unstable surface, then I'd probably have an itty bitty freak out myself ^^;

You guys wouldn't like the elevators at my school... they're a safety hazard. They try to shut on people and sometimes they stop for no reason @[email protected]

Wanna talk about heights? When I was in basic, One of the mountains we had to climb, was almost 5,000 feet. It was so steep, you could literally touch the side. With a 50 pound pack, 40 pounds of body armor, and about 25 pounds of ammo, naaa, not fun.

I'll pass... I'm usually the only person not staring over the edge of the cliff at the end... people are nuts

I hate heights too.
I used to love them when I was little, but I wasn't scared of anything as a kid...

I'm really not scared of anything; except my mother. That woman would make the devil himself run and hide.

Heights, I love heights. At least, most of the time.

...I like a lot of things that scare most people, though. Spiders, snakes, heights, flying...I very strongly want to go to space one day, where there would be just the walls of a machine between me and a harsh, unforgiving vacuum.

As for the event, I had a lot of fun. Sad it's over.
