Really? There is tons of vegetarian friendly sushi that I see all the time. Like cucumber rolls, (which are delicious), and I think California rolls if you can have cream cheese.

Are cucumber rolls those little snack sushis with rice and cucumber in the center?
I am a fan of the avocado kind like that! I love avocado in my sushi.

But I haven't been to many sushi bars, I usually get my sushi from my favorite natural grocer and though they have a lot of vegetarian options, they're mostly made up of either avocado, cucumber or carrots and sometimes they have all of those. I don't mind it, but I prefer sushi to have none crunchy things in it.

That's just me, I'm weird with textures, I like everything to be either soft or crunchy, I don't like soft and crunchy at the same time.

Not crunchy? Well that's a bit more difficulty. There's always at least one crunchy thing added that I notice.

The best option I suppose would be things on top of rice instead of in rolls. Can you eat egg? I can never remember what vegetarians can eat outside of just vegetables.

I'm not a vegetarian, I have tried, but I can't resist a good cheeseburger or chili dog or breakfast sausage , fried fish, turkey chicken...... U see the problem? I did pretty good between wives but boo is a confirmed carnivore.
I don't really have a problem w people eating animals. I do have a problem w how animals r treated.
In the old testament, we're told we can work and eat the animals but they r not supposed to b abused in life and r to b killed in as quick and humanely a way as possible.

Definitely how I feel. I care a lot about how it's treated. The life and the end should be humane. I mean besides, the happier it is and the more quick and humane the butchering is, the better the meat, so it is reasonable to expect that happy critters make happy food.
If I remember right it's the toxins from stress. So if I ever go fishing or the like, my goal is to learn the most humane way possible.

But it looked like it was a part of their decorations, so I don't think they'd like it if I picked it...

Still, it looks so delicious every time I walk passed it I just want to eat it!!

I've never eaten dandelions, but I think I've had edible flowers before!

Maybe next time you should bring some Kale to munch on as you walk past it.
