That would be interesting...
Also... that would make a hilariously fun restaurant. No hands allowed and plates are served on the floor. Only salads and vegetables are served.

I'd call it the Cow Connection.
Where everyone moos and chews on salads like cattle.

Well depending on the market who knows how well it would do. There's plenty of very food preference specific people out there.
Oh... and "Food my food eats" is a plate of fresh long grass

Hi everybody. How is everyone. I haven't been to the library for a while and I don't have internet at home. So It's been some time hasn't it.
I've been having problems sleeping and I think that's causing me to have problems with panic attacks.

Hi PhoenixNeko, it's good to see you posting again. Sorry to hear that you've been having problems sleeping. I don't know if it'll work for you but I hear drinking chamomile tea a bit before sleeping helps with feelings of relaxation.
What I do, if I have a hard time sleeping for a few days or more; I work out. I find a time during waking hours where I physically exhaust myself to the point where I feel a need to sleep and I sleep well after that and feel refreshed in the morning.
I hope you find a solution either way, having panic attacks is not good....

If you find that a panic attack is building, like, when you get to the point where your anxiety is so high you're on the verge of panic attack, then I put my face in ice water.
It engages the dive reflex and immediately slows down your heart.
It only works when you pair it with a distraction skill or soothing skill afterwards, though.

Yes cheshire I agree with this
That's a clever trick Ava. Though, what do you do about the anxiety while you're preparing ice water?

There are .gifs that people have created that are intended to breathe along with the slow gentle animation....they're pretty good and I suspect they may help relax when a panic attack is starting.

Hmmm. It's been a while. I think in the meantime I try breathing because during panic attacks one tends to hyperventilate.

Ah hyperventilating... I'm sure many people have done that during a final
If I get stressed/anxious I usually forget to breathe

That sounds terrible. To physically forget to breathe when psychologically stressed and anxious must be incredibly uncomfortable...

Not so much uncomfortable as annoying to others when I suddenly gasp for breath

It scares me when I forget to breath during things.
When I get my blood drawn I sometimes faint because I stop breathing once the needle goes in.
When I got contacts for the first time, I fainted because I got so excited I stopped breathing. XD I was 14.
I'm so weird.
