It does feel pretty awesome to have some sunlight.

This year's weather has been weird so far. Here it literally went from snowy, cold and dreary to pure summer in a day! O_O

I hear NY has some crazy weather there too!
I get sick of crazy weather... It messes with my emotions because one day I'm ready to accept spring, but instead I get snow... Then when I'm ready to accept winter again, I get sunshine!

yeah. we have summer like heat today . I almost pulled out the AC units. but i don't trust it not to say.. snow tomorrow.

My oldest daughter would love snow right now. But she's strange. Although what else can one expect from a child of mine! :P

Also just to let y'all know - I may be not around much in the coming few weeks. We're dealing with a major family crisis that decided to rear it's stupid ugly head in the wee hours of last night, and I need to focus on that. Just know that me, the hubs and the girls are all okay.. but it's something that's totally thrown me off so if I'm not around much, know I'll do my best to get on when I can. But I can't guarantee that it's going to be often.

the wasabi i had i didn't like. not because of the spicy but because of the flavor. My tastebuds said NO. lol

i''m not happy with the batch of hummus i made. it was my 2nd attempt. I'm getting closer to a recipie i like though. so very close... this one needed something else.. like paprika maybe... hmmm

Yes. It's also good with fried clams and smelt, a small fish that runs in the great lakes in the spring
