"I don't think so," Hook said. "Not right now. If I ever change my mind you'll be the first to know."

"Alright." Rachel hesitated for a moment, and then stepped back. "Then I'll be going." With that, she reluctantly left the ship. Time to find somewhere to stay for the time being.

Hook nodded and watched her go before he busied himself with checking supplies.

Tina was still getting used to being a real couple with Gold, but they were both making an effort towards it, which she appreciated.

Gold was definitely making the effort, trying to meet Tina in the middle on most subjects. There were still some things he was stubborn about, but for the most part he was able to compromise.

It took Rachel a while to decide to go back to Gold's castle. She hadn't wanted to, but she had no other place to go that she could be relatively certain would take her.

Tina blinked when she heard and felt the early-warning wards ping.

"We expecting company?" she asked, setting the tea set on the table and already reaching for another cup.

"No, we are not," Gold said, his eyes narrowing a bit as he got up from the table. He focused on the wards for a moment. "Well, isn't that interesting..."

"What?" Tina asked, frowning at him briefly. It was clearly someone he recognized, but that wasn't saying much, really.

"It seems Rapunzel is at our doorstep," Gold replied, reaching for his cane. "And she's alone."

Tina frowned at that and went ahead to go meet Rachel at the door.

"Rachel?" she asked as she opened the door. "What's going on?"

"I..." Rachel hesitated. "I didn't know where else to go. I don't have anywhere else to go." Her lip trembled as she reached the verge of crying. It clearly wasn't the first time; her eyes were a bit puffy and red already.

"Inside," Tina prompted with an arm around her shoulders. "Come on. Let's sit and have a bit of tea, and then you can tell me everything."

Rachel just nodded and let herself be brought inside.

Gold was waiting off to the side, letting Tina handle Rachel for the moment. He was already trying to figure out what happened; True Love didn't just fall apart, after all. So something had to have happened.

Tina led her into the kitchen and sat her down with a cup of tea, giving her a minute to relax and sip her tea.

"Now. What happened?"

Rachel wrapped her hands around the cup, letting the warmth seep into her fingers.

"He doesn't remember me," she said quietly, eyes tearing up again. "I think he got cursed to forget."

Tina blinked, startled, her eyes wide.

"Really?" she asked. "He... Okay, yeah, that sounds like a curse."

Rachel nodded, the tears spilling over and rolling down her face.

"He didn't want me on the ship," she said. "The look he gave me when I used magic... It never bothered him that much before, I don't understand."

"Well, if he doesn't remember you at all, then he either doesn't remember anything, or he's back to being a flirty pirate who wants to kill Gold and hates all magic." Tina shook her head. "Wow. That's really, really bad."

"The last thing he said he remembered was arriving in Storybrooke to hunt down Gold," Rachel said, setting her cup down and putting her head on her arms. "Nothing after that."

Tina nodded and rubbed her shoulder. "Okay. We'll get this figured out. You can stay here, we'll get everything figured out."

"I don't know what to do," Rachel said quietly. "He wouldn't let me see what happened, or try to fix it, and it was just... the way he looked at me..."

"I know. It's terrible. But we will find a way to fix it. We'll give him a bit of time, give both of you time to calm down. Then we'll figure out what to do. Okay?" Tina kept rubbing her shoulder and back gently.

"What if I don't get him back?" Rachel asked. She couldn't hold back the crying anymore.

Tina let her cry for a bit, because she knew it was hard and unreasonable and totally unexpected.

"You will. True Love, remember? Something like that doesn't go away just because of curses."

"It hurts so much," Rachel said. She left her head on her arms, not even trying to stop crying yet.

Tina just rubbed her back and waited it out. She could wait for as long as it took.
