Snow left with James, having to jog a bit to keep up with him.

"You didn't have to do that," she said. "We could have split the cost somehow."

James shook his head. "I'd rather that I owe Gold. That way he can't hold it over both of our heads. At least one of us needs to be able to be unattached."

He was quiet for a few moments, slowing his pace so Snow could keep up more easily. "So what did you think of his solution?"

"It really isn't one," Snow said after a moment. "I understand what he was saying about the behavior of the curse, and it makes sense considering what Henry was saying about those girls. But if there's one thing I've learned about curses from this mess, it's that there's only one universal way to break them." She sighed and looked at James. "And I doubt either of them will be getting true love's kiss with their memories gone, and they're leaving Storybrooke again."

James frowned. "Maybe we can come up with some reason for them to stay?" he asked quietly. "Maybe if they stay for a while they'll find someone. What do you think?"

"What reason could we give them that they will accept?" Snow asked. She frowned a bit. "I don't like the thought of forcing them to stay. It should be their choice. If they're able to get out of Storybrooke, who are we to stop them?"

"But they don't remember," James pointed out. "I don't like the thought of them not knowing and continuing on their lives never knowing." He knew that he preferred to remember.

"And what if their true loves aren't here?" Snow pointed out. "There are only so many people here in town, what if none of them are right? Then the girls will never have the curse broken for them."

James sighed. "I don't know," he said quietly. "For now, I guess we could just leave them alone, see what they do. But if they stay, or if they end up coming back..." He trailed off. In that event, he figured then they could start worrying about things again.

"If they do, then they were meant to be here," Snow said, squeezing his hand a bit. "But we can't force them to stay if they aren't meant to."

"Agreed." James squeezed her hand as well, smiling at her. "We'll see what happens."

"Right," Snow replied. Leaning up, she gave him a kiss.

James smiled and squeezed her hand. They'd figure things out if they had to.

Tina, meanwhile, had decided to call it a day and was heading back to the inn.

"I still want to go look around the creepy shop again," she muttered. "It was creepy. But kind of neat."

"What, the Sketchiest Little Pawn Shop on the East Coast?" Rachel asked. "It was weird. And the broker even moreso."

"Well, yeah, but it was still interesting." Tina shrugged, pulling her jacket off. "You have to admit, he had a lot of neat things."

"It felt... strange," Rachel said. "I didn't really like being in there." She shook her head. "I don't know why. And the pawn broker was really weird, in a way I can't quite explain."

Tina shrugged. "Well, maybe I'll go tomorrow before we leave, while you wander around and look at the little shops. I bet a place like this has a bunch of boutiques."

"Probably," Rachel said reluctantly. "I still don't like that place, though. Promise me you'll leave if anything happens?"

"Night." Tina grinned and want into her room for the night.

The next morning, she got up and got ready to go, checking in with Rachel before she headed to Gold's shop.

Rachel still didn't like the idea of Tina going alone, but Gold freaked her out still, and she didn't want to be anywhere near the shop. So, instead, she went down to the diner for some breakfast. She would look for some boutiques after.

Tina made her way over to Gold's shop again, moving inside carefully and starting to look around. She figured she might as well. She kind of liked the shop, as odd and sort of freaky as it was.

Gold heard the tinkling of the bell, and came out of his office.

"Ah, welcome back, miss," he greeted. "Changed your mind about the glass flowers, have you?"
