DD. eat toast with chicken broth. That usually helps me after I'm sick. you get all the salts you lost back.
I haven't touched any decorations. not sure if I will. Man working retail sucks all holiday spirit out of you.

I ate toast... i honestly just need to drink more because i think the killer headache i have been having is due to dehydration.

stay away from Orange juices and milk. those always seem to make the tummy upset again.

Aww... but orange juice is suppose to be good for you. Is it because it's acidic?

Yeah. it's very acidic. I think grape juice and apple juice are fine though.

Then again isn't Apple Juice a diuretic? i wouldn't want that with my tummy issues right now.

Ginger tea!!!! DRINK GINGER TEA DD! ginger is good for settling the stomach. I just remembered that I would mow down on candied ginger when I gave boat tours.

I was about to say I'd never seen ginger tea but then I remembered my old flatmate bought some once. That was definitely worth recounting.

Personally I love ginger. Sometimes I get sushi just so I can eat the thin strips of ginger that comes with it. speaking of.. I'm hungry.

Sneak into a sushi restaurant and steal the pickled ginger they have out on the tables.

I hate the taste of ginger, it's way to strong for my palette.

Gingerbread, ginger cake, ginger biscuits. I think you get the the sort of spice taste without some of the harshness.

My gran used to buy Jamaica Ginger Cake.
