I think they do
I don't remember but I'm pretty sure when the event started I was told I had 1.5 from the previous event so.

Really? I didn't know this. I believe I've always had zero at the start of every event. And I don't always use them up in time.

I have 123.57 in event currency. Still not enough to get all the coats. Now I want some of the boots & lipsticks too.
