Diva, it used to be. Now they are giving it to us as a float holiday to use any other day of the year. They actually took away 4 bank holidays. Now know, that I work in a department that is part of a larger department and we are the only ones that have to work, the other parts of the bank don't. Isn't that just fucking sweet? Oh well. At least I get to use that day for my Christmas trip to see my family and new little brother. Woohoo!
