I like how you can come on these forums and just chat with folks. Not like going to a coffee shop or a bar and trying to randomly talk to someone-- then you have to figure out if they even want to chat with you or think you're creepy or something-- takes time to get close to people these days. I hang out at the same place for the past six months cafe and about four or five regulars usually chat with me when they see me in addition to the employees who know me of course from being a regular customer.

Yeah, I don't do well in real life conversation. I get brain-tied and my body language is screwed up from Aspergers. People tend to misinterpret me. That doesn't happen so much in text.

As for making friends with people out in the general public, I talk to random strangers all the time. It's fun. My friend Karen and I make friends with people wherever we go. Walmart cashiers, Target, random strangers in Circle K.
