Roleplay Ideas!

Hello all! The name is Marsyas but I regularly go by Mars! I'm craving an original marvel (mutant/superpowers) type roleplay!!! Anyone interested hit me up via PM or through here. We can discuss the details at that point. One of the best parts of roleplaying is creating them with the people you're involved with!

Or maybe that's just my opinion. . .

Anyways, I'd like for anyone interested to be able to type at least two to three paragraphs per post please! That's really my only requirement other than I'd like proper grammar used. No text talk, and any outside chatter can be over PM's. I like discussing any ideas you may have and I'm open to random plot twists at anytime. Creativity is encouraged!

Lastly, I will ask that you be patient with me, I can most of the time reply -at least- once a day at least, -most of the time more- but I may vanish for a while due to real life events, (I do have a life outside of this unfortunately) even though I try to check in on my other roleplays.

I would love to give you a chance but you have to prove to me that you can roleplay with proper grammar. I don't mind little mistakes here and there but I'd be doing you a dis-justice if I went through the trouble of making a roleplay with you and you post the way you just replied to me. I'm not meaning to be rude, but it's a pet peeve of mine and I have to be firm in my standards.

I happen to be a big X-men fan, technically I'm more of a DC fan but X-men has a special place in my heart. Moving on from that pointless rambling did you have a plot in mind?

Nope. Nothing in particular. I always like to come up with the plot with my partner so that we both have a hand in the storyline from the get go. Do you have any ideas in mind?

Depends. Did you want it based directly off of X-men or just with mutants in general?

Nah I was thinking mutants in general. I don't like limiting my options

The first thing that pops to mind is a school or school based roleplay, much like Xavier's, but of course, it'll have to be more original than that, I think. Another idea is a kind of "organization battle"; in other words, two or more organizations fight each other with their powers for control over a city or something. Based off of that, I got another idea which is essentially that on a smaller scale, with smaller groups. In which case it's sort of a gang war.
A more "romantic" idea of mine would be a simpler "they meet, they fight, they eventually work together" kind of thing.

Well, like I said, they need developing. XD;

To be honest we could incorporate all of those ideas into one plot and roll with it. See because what we could do is have the classes at the school sort of be gangs in that right because they fight to represent the school at interscholastic tournaments. They could also fight within their classes for rankings and for certain roles, such as class leader and second in command and so on. Does that make sense?
