He continued to attack the tree until finally the anger had dispersed for the moment... unfortunately it left behind sadness and worry. He stabbed the blade into the tree before slowly sinking ti the ground. He turned to his back was to the tree and pulled his knees up. He buried his face and wrapped his arms around them. His torso shook lightly as he tried stop any tears. What can he do! And the worst part was he had to go back and pick up the literal peices of gis friend.....

Ivan watched from afar. He felt great guilt for his actions.... He was tempted to transform back into a human and comfort Gilbert, but that would probably just cause more problems and complications.

Thus he kept standing there.

He figured it wasn't even worth it to cloak himself in the shadows again. If Gilbert saw, was afraid of him, and decided to attack, so be it.

He deserved it, anyways. He'd just fucking slaughtered the man's friends.

He eventually got up and too his knife from tree. He made his way back to the barn looking sad, he aas in deep thought and didnt even notice Ivan. When he got the he flintched at the sight of the mangled mess of piggys body. He got a wheel barrel as he needed a was to transport the.... pieces... bending he lifted the largest part, the mainn carcass and placed it gently into the wheel barrel. "Im sorry piggy" he whispered and picked up a another piece. He had seen her just this morning... it seemed forever ago...

He finisged the job as quickly as possible and wheeled it outside... many farmers would call him an idiot for this, he thought as he began to dig a grave by the pig pen. There was still alot of usable meat and he was burying it.... he couldnt bring himself to eat piggy anyway or sell he for someone else to.... he carefully put the pig in in her intirety before reburing her. He got a stone and carved a white line with his blade, crudely spelling out Piggy before placing it on the grave.

He stayed fir a few more minutes to pay his respects and say he was sorry... he was supposed to portect these animals! Keep them alive and happy thats his job and he failed today! He failed!

He returned to the barn gently getting the small bird next. This time he dug it outside rhe chicken coop and all the other birds stayed with him and morned.

Then he went inaide the chicken coop and curled up with the birds who cuddled around him... he should probably calm the ither animals but for now this was the best he could do... the birds huddled in closer

Ivan watched Gilbert carry out the burials in silence again.

When Gilbert entered the coop to mourn, however, he swallowed and grit his teeth. Dammit, he had to do something to help the man!

He transformed back into his human disguise, then slowly approached and entered the coop himself. "Mr. Beilschmidt?" he asked quietly

"Ivan?" His voice waa muffled because he was covered by feathery little poofs. Said poofs looked at him suspiciously. They wanted to forgive as they always did but a death of one of their own and a friend could not be ignored.... they were very madd at ivan right now especially with the wound of that betrayal so fresh

Ivan looked at the birds with regret in his eyes. Then he focused back on task to Gilbert. "Are... Are you alright, sir?" he asked.

"Nien.... but i will be... i didnt wake you did i?" He asked

Ivan sighed. "No, you didn't wake me...." he was glad to hear Gilbert was going to be okay. However, that didn't make him feel any better about his actions.

As much suffering as he caused Gilbert, and as guilty as he felt, it felt so good to kill the pig, and better to kill the bird.

"Someone killed piggy and a Gilbird... piggy was torn apart but i recognized a blades cut on the bird aand on the less mauled parts of piggy.... it was a person... i just dont know who or why. Even if i had enemies piggy makes sense she was a pregnate breeder and it hurts my farm but the bird had no value except personally so it cant be like a farming rival, its personal bit i dont know anyone whod do it! Ive been good i havent wrong anyone to much as much as ive wanted to..... i just dont know what to do!" He explained. "...i think im going to sleep here for the rest of the night ivan...." you could hear the pain in his voice and the confusion and anger. They were each extremely obvious as much as ge tries to hide it... but the pain was most of all...

Ivan looked away in shame. He nodded in understanding. "Alright.... I hope... I hope you feel better in the morning..." he said quietly as he turned around and began to exit the coop.

He curled up tighter and the bird huddled with him as he slowly fell asleep

Ivan started to run as soon as he stepped outside the farmhouse. He ran back through the woods, transformed back into his normal form, and once he was far away from Gilbert's house, he let out a blood-boiling scream. He hunched over and looked at his bloodied hands, catching his breath from the scream, then ran his claws through his hair and yanked at it. Dammit, he was such a monster! he clawed at one of the trees until it fell over, then did the same with another.

He saw a rabbit emerge from the brush, and as soon as it saw the beast and started to move away, Ivan ripped it to shreds.

He stood there in the woods in silence, huffing and puffing for about ten minutes. His breathing became more rigid and full of frustration and anger as the time progressed, he began to hyperventilate, and he started to shout again, at first a few quiet ones, and then an all-out scream, clenching his fists so tightly he bled. As soon as he stopped screaming, he sprinted back to Gilbert's farm. he put his disguise back on with a sigh, approached the barn, and collapsed inside the chicken coop, exhausted.

He awoke when he heard ivan come in and his hand flew to his blade expecting whoever killed his animals... Instead he saw that it was just ivan and put his blade away... "Ivan? What are you doing here?" Why was he back again? Did he need something?

As Ivan cried his shoulders shook softly. "Stay away." he growled.

Gilbert looked confused "are you crying?" He came closer and started rubbing his back in what he hoped was a comforting manner. A few of the birds hopped closer... They wanted to forgive but didnt know if they should

Ivan nearly jumped a mile when he was touched. Out of instinct, he swung backwards at him. "Don't touch me!" he cried as he stood up. "I do not deserve your sympathy!"

He ducked dodging it "the fuck!?" He looked at him confused. "What do you mean?"

Ivan glared at Gilbert, then lay back on the floor, curling up. "I don't want to talk about it." he muttered

"Okay..." Sometime guys needed their space he got that... He curled back up and slowly fell asleep.

After a few minutes one of the birds tentatively made its way to ivan and started to nudge its way under his arm wanting to snuggle and try to see if they could make up....

Ivan lay there in silence. When the bird nudged him he didn't push it away, rather, he welcomed the little bird. He let it go under his arm and up to him so that it might hurt him or whatever it had in mind.

The bird didnt plan to harm him and chirped when it was welcomed. It snuggled into his chest/neck, so it feathers brushed ivan chin softly. It puts head down to go to sleep and a few more bird started to slowly and cautiously pick their way over

Ivan sighed and closed his eyes. He didn't know what the bird was doing, but he didn't want to trouble himself with the matter.....

A few more cuddled into him testing what hed do. They wanted to forgive as was their nature but one of their own waskilled and that was not okay

Ivan kept his eyes closed and drifted to sleep, having forgotten about the birds. They could go either way and he would not be swayed- Reject him, he deserved it. Accept him, they're being too forgiving.

They slept on with him hoping he wont wake and hurt them
