Ivan sighed and put Gilbert back on the ground. "Yes, I am Ivan." he said quietly.

he nodded. he was still tempted to run but decided against it, not like he would get away anyway. "did you kill my animals?" he had noticed ivan earlier sidestep of the question

Ivan sighed and started to shake a little. After about 30 seconds, he muttered "I did."

he nodded and after a minute asked "why? you knew how much a cared for these animals... especially my birds.... why would you do that"

Ivan swallowed. "I was angry at the birds...." he admitted. He wasn't sure he really wanted to go into detail...

"why they cared for you! even this morning, that mus have been why most were avoiding you but still they forgave you. how could you be mad at them when all they do is listen comfort and forgive!"

"Because I am!" Ivan shouted. He looked away. "You wouldn't understand." he growled.

he shrank back at the growl acutely aware that ivan could shred him to pieces if he choose to. "dont hurt them again" he said his eyes narrowed. afraid or not he wouldnt let him harm them

Ivan sighed when Gilbert shrank back in fear. But he was mad. Why couldn't he understand?! Why could no one understand him?! Not even those fucking birds could, nevermind Gilbert!

he regretted shrinking back and slowly stood up... "I think i need a drink... can you go back to looking normal because this whole look is really starting to freak me out...."

Ivan's eyes widened as he grit his teeth. "What did you say?!" he growled in disbelief.

"im not used to this! can we do small doses because this is starting to freak me out" it came out harsher then he would of liked but it was just to much at one time. he needed a strong drink and a shit load of sleep. and then maybe hed be better suited to start getting used to all this

Ivan started to breathe heavily. "Starting to freak you out?!" he growled. He snaked a shadow up Gilbert's leg and had it cover his eyes so he couldn't see. "There, is that better?!" he exclaimed.

he yelled when the shadow started climb up his leg "WHAT THE FUCK" He started clawing at it trying to get it off and his voice was panicked "IVAN STOP"

"Why should I stop?!" he cried, speaking quickly "You just assume I want to kill you, but I don't! Just because I look scary to you doesn't mean I intend to harm you! Why don't any of you fucking humans understand that?!"

"I assumed that because youve killed my animals and you were chasing me! i just want to go drink. im not ready to take this all in right now please!" he tried to explain still clawing at the shadows and trying to be able to see. he was shaking. what was this guy. he obviously isnt human

Ivan's eyes widened. Going to drink? But if he went to the bar, he'd tell the others.....
His eyes began to glow, and they were shown to Gilbert through the shadows. He was wiping his memory of this event....

he saw the eyes and got really worried. he tried to run but not being able to see obviously didnt get far. he fell to the ground "what are you doing! get this shit off of me ivan!" he yelled

Ivan wrapped shadows around Gilbert; securing him to the ground.

he struggled wildly "IVAN WHAT ARE YOU DOING! STOP!" he had said he would hurt him he said he wouldnt hurt him he had said he would hurt him. he continued to repeat that over and over trying to calm down. he suddenly went limp still shaking a little... maybe if he showd he trusted him ivan would get these things off of him

Ivan kept the shadows over him and tried to get Gilbert to forget it was Ivan who killed his animals by using the light. Good, he had stopped struggling... That would make things easier.

"please ivan let me go" he said in the calmest voice he could manage. internally he was panicking. what was he doing everything in his screamed to kick and scream and try to do everything to get away

"No. Forget what you have seen of me today....." he said quietly in a soothing tone of voice as he walked closer to Gilbert, entrancing him.

"what!?" what was ivan talking about... his thoughts grew cloudy and started to go blank as ivan approached closer and closer. "I-I whats-"

Ivan stood directly in front of him. "Forget." he muttered.
