"It won't be." Tavros kissed the boy softly.

His eyes widened a bit, not expecting the contact, but he was quick to recover. He pulled Tavrks in closer, kissing back.

Tavrps laughed softly into the kiss/

He pulled back, still lingering close.

"I love yo Gamzee."

He sucked in a breath. "I love you too.."

Tavros kissed Gamzee's forehead. "How about I make us something to eat?"

He shook his head a little. "I.." His voice cracked. "Kind of want my lustus.."

"Okay... We can do that." Tavros wheeled Gamzee out of the hive and to his, and then to the shoreline. "I guess, now we wait?"

He stared out at the sea in fear, recoiling from it. It was clear he didn't want near it. "I guess so..." He said softly.

After a minute, Goat-dad appeared in front of the two trolls. "Gamzee..." He seemed upset at the limb loss.

A soft sobbing sound came from the back of his throat. He stared at his parent, eyes wet.

He stroked Gamzee's head once with his tail before vanishing under the water. The water started to glow then fade as a snow white adult walked out of the water and to Gamzee.

Gamzee looked at the walking adult, reaching for him.

The man got to Gamzee and hugged him close. "It's okay, son..."

Gamzee buried his face into the man, enjoying the embrace that he'd missed out on most of his life.

Gamzee's dad just continued to hold the boy,rubbing his back.

He eventually closed his eyes, falling asleep in the chair, nuzzled against his dad.

His dad moved away from Gamzee and took him inside.

He remained asleep, looking peaceful.

He laid him in bed and sighed softly.

He woke slightly as he was shifted, reaching out for his father. "Daddy..." His voice was a groggy groan.

His dad stroked his forehead. "I'm right here Gamzee..."

He groaned again, closing his eyes once more.

"Just relax..." He said softly.
