The cat-like troll smiled. "Hi Tavros!" She squealed. "I came here because Equius said Gamzee's new leg is purrfectly ready to use~!" She looked at the troll in the wheelchair for a moment, petting his hair, and then turned back to Tavros. "So it can be put on whenever!"

"R-really??" He smiled a wide smile and looked to Gamzee "well? Should we go get you the new leg?"

The clown looked a bit pale, staring at his stubby leg. "I...guess we might as well..." He was more than worried about the pain.

"Don't worry Gamzee." He kissed the purple blood "It's not too bad."

He took a soft hold on Tavros' hand. "I hope not..."

"I promise it isn't bad. Remember, I did it twice." He tapped the knuckles of his free hand against his legs once.

He swallowed. "Maybe you're more tough than I am?"

He shook his head. "Nah, I'm a pansy."

"That's not true..." He whined a little. "You're much stronger than me"

He shook his head. "Nope. Not in the slightest."

"Well...it seems like you are."

He shook his head. "Only because I had you as reason to be"

His face turned purple. "Um...thanks.."

He smiled. "Don't thank me for telling the truth."

"I guess I'll be strong for you then..."

Tavros smiled at the Highblood. "Let's go then." He stood and pushed Gamzee to Equius' hive.

Equius looked at Gamzee for a few moments before inviting them in to the hive.

Tavros pushed Gamzee inside and looked at the purple-blood.

He took a gulp, looking like he might back out.

"Gamzee, just relax..."

He squeezed his hands together very tightly. "I'm..not so sure...I..." Equius dragged him into another room. "Stay out here." He said curtly to Tavros.

Tavros frowned and nodded to Equius. "Be gentle with him please!!"

Equius ignored Tavros. The smell of purple blood Filled the whole hive and Gamzee's muffled wails filled the air.

Tavros had to cover his ears to muffle the wails even more.

Gamzee eventually lost his consciousness and the screaming stopped. When Equius brought him back, he had the leg and was out cold.
