Dave turned a shade of scarlet that no one had ever seen on him. "O-Oh.." He sucked in a breath. "I-I..."

"See? I shouldn't have said it.... I.. guess I should go..." She turned and started to walk away.

He grabbed her arm and yanked her forward. "No..I mean..I like you too...."

A hot blush creeped up her cheeks and she looked up at him. "O-oh...?"

"Yes..I do.."

She blushed lightly and smiled at him. "S-so... what does this mean for us, Dave....?"

"Well....you could be my girlfriend..."

She smiled. "As long as you're my boyfriend, I'll be happy." She giggled softly.

He blushed and smiled, taking her hand.

"Well... I guess this means me calling you Coolkid is a petname now." She laughed and looked at him with a small smile.

He laughed. "And pretty girl is yours."

She laughed softly. "Well, should we go to the park now?"

He nodded. "Sound's good."

She started to walk them toward the park and hummed for a moment. "So, how is Gamzee...?"

"He's ok...Just has the flu.."

"Well that's always lovely..." She shrugged. "Oh, my god-brother Equius is supposed to be teaching me how to make robots over the weekend!"

"Robots?" He smiled. "Fun."

"Mhm! Course... that means, that I'm going to be out of town and away from my computer for the weekend"

He made a face. "Aw."

"But, I'll be home for school Monday." She shrugged and looked over at him.

He sighed. "I guess so...I'll miss you though.."

"It's not like I'm gonna be gone forever!" She giggled softly.

"Ehhh. It'll seem like it."

"Well, it won't be." She smiled. "Maybe I'll steal his computer and message you when he goes to sleep!"

"Sounds great." He grinned.
