"It was like, this statistics thing about crimes involving teenage girls or something...." She shook her head. "We can worry about this later.... let's just have a nice date..."

He took her hand. "I won't let anyone hurt you ok?"

She nodded. "Okay..." She squeezed his hand. "SO let's go~"

He drove to the restaurant and let her out.

She smiled over at him and took his hand in her's.

He also smiled rather warmly.

She walked with him inside, happy to be with him.

Dave nodded at the man inside and he instantly took them to a table for two, remembering Dave from earlier when he made his reservation. (Cause who could forget such a cool, ironic kid?) they were seated and given menus.

Jade blushed as she lookenaroundthe restaurant, then over at Dave.

He smiled at her in a reassuring way.

"this is nice Dave..." She smiled happily at him.

"It really is." He said softly. "Because I can stare at you for as long as I like."

She giggled softly. "gets yor staring in then..." she looked at the menu.

He was, in fact, staring at her.

She looked up at him, then raised the menu to cover her face before lowering it, making a silly face at him.

He busted into a fit of laughter. "Wooow.."

She giggled as well. "You were soooo asking for it!"

He smirked and made an equally strange face.

She giggled at the face.

He made another one.

She giggled again, covering her face to hid her smile.

"Amused?" He smiled at her.

"Highly!!" She managed to read the menu to find something she wanted to eat.

Dave also figured out what he wanted, and the waitress came by to take their order.

Jade gave the waitress her order, not noticing the way she was flirting with Dave.
