He kissed the top of her head, feeling like the action would be dismissed due to the circumstances.

A hot blush crossed Jade's cheek at the Strider boy's action, causing her to cast a glance up at him.

Dave was looking at her also, faces rather close. He blushed and turned away.

She buried her face in his side again, blush burning her face.

When the movie ended, Dave simply sat there, not caring to move. He was rather comfortable with Jade burrowed into his side.

Jade peered out at the emptying theater and looked up at Dave, not having realized how close she had been to him. "oh... S-sorry..."

The lights had come back on, and his eyes were closed. "Mmm...?" He just pulled her closer. "It's ok. Friends don't believe kn personal space right?"

"right..." she hesitated then picked up his shades and put them on herself, giggling.

He cracked open a crimson eyes and grinned at her. The shades were to dark to show the color accurately.

She laughed softly and ducked her head to take them off, holding them to him without looking up at him. "here."

He took them and looked at her, eyes a rich shade of red. "Well, you want to see them or not?"

She hesitated and looked up at Dave's eyes. "oh wow..." a smile crossed her face.

He shrugged. "Amused?"

"I like them!" she smiled "they're really cool!!"

Dave was staring at her. "I think yours are prettier."

She shook her head. "nah. They are just boring green..."

"Not boring...beautiful..."

A blush crept across her face. "m-maybe we should leave the theater...?"

He nodded. "If you'd like."

"we may as well... That way we could go back to your house or I could go home or something." she didn't really want to go home, but, that was really up to Dave.

He shook his head. "I'd rather it if we could hang out some more if you don't mind."

"I'd like that!" She laughed softly, picked up her bag and looked to Dave with a smile. "Let's go" she said as she stood.

He headed out to the car and drove them back to his home. "You want to go hang in my room, or is there something else you would want to do?"

"oh, your room is fine!" she smiled at him. "If that's okay with you that is."

He went up to his room, only to see a mop of black hair on his bed, and see a strange boy on his bed. "Gamzee..." The boy was not responding, So Dave sat on him. "This is one of my cousins." He explained to Jade. "He's an idiot." The seemingly grey boy whined. "Get off of me mother fucker..."
