Some can be horribly expensive. Even worse then others.
Right now the one I'm going to isn't too bad. But that is just because it is a Community College (in which I will transfer after my two years to a University).

Yea I have an Associates already, I just need to get my BA after taking numerous breaks to work mainly.

Then after you finish the series or the main ones... Tintin in America, Cigar Pharo and Blue Lotus are solo adventures, Then Golden Crab, Secret of the Unicorn, Red Rackham's treasure, which Captain Haddock and Professor Calculus enter the scene.

The next movie will most likely be of Red Rackham's Treasure and the Calculus Affair...

I'm not exactly sure how the other's go in sequence...I will have to look it up.

@Foxotanashi - Remember, that college is a business and they are in it to make money...lol I think it's totally retarded I got to pay a full semester for doing an internship off campus almost totally with no teacher supervision or making hardly any provisions for me and plus you don't get paid. It's a money scam in my opinion.
Okay, thanks for clarifying.
I think Wikipedia has them all in order.

Haha I love how the police officer thinks Tintin is crazy because he says he's caught Al Capone.

You know I haven't read the comic series of that book yet, I watched the 1990's cartoon series episode that got on youtube for that. So I think I may read it myself...I'm a bit torn on how to start chapter nine so I may need to think.

@foxotanashi - hopefully that message i sent you helps.

You can watch them free on youtube actually. The comics of course you get a much richer experience in my opinion then watching the cartoons is cool as well. I like them both really but I like to read it in its original form. The cartoons leave a bit out actually.

@Foxotanashi - No problem :)

It's kind of like Indiana Jones only the main character is like a 16-18 year old as I see it who is a reporter but you almost never see him doing any reporting lol ... he's more like a private investigator in my opinion.

Sounds pretty cute ^.^
I've seen some small things here and there about it. Like wasn't there a recent movie made? Though I heard it wasn't as good as it could have been? I dunno xD

Well there are differences and they mix around characters like Sakharine who is the main villian in the movie isn't even a villain at all in the book. Haddock and Tintin meet the same way in the film but they mix the two book secret of the unicorn and golden crab.

In Golden Crab is where they meet,
In Secret of the Unicorn haddock already knows Tintin

the movie has the script totally rewritten... but I still liked it even though it didn't follow the comic like it should of.

Well it doesn't sound too bad :)
I mean, sometimes people can really screw up some movies. Lol.

I agree. I'm already enjoying the comic much more than the cartoon.

I don't know why they did them the way they did but I like the way the movie too much as the slash value in it is high-- if you pay attention you still get the dynamic feel for the relationship between Tintin and Captain Haddock-- you can tell really fast the Haddock gets close to Tintin and how you see Tintin develops a fondness of the Captain.

The last lines are my favorite

Tintin: How's your thirst for adventure? *Almost tantalizing like*

Haddock: Unquenchable!! *Haddock smiles eagerly*

(Na... that wasn't suggestive lol)

@Coffee Cow - Yes the comics are wonderfully written. Also they are quick reads too, you can finish them fairly fast but you can take the time to also appreciate the art as well.

Haha if my cousin watched the movie (I'm not sure she did I can't remember) I'm sure she would catch onto the slash xD She is kind of sad now because she doesn't have anymore fanfiction stories to read for the pairing she has now lol.

Oooo suggestive ;)

I used to too like to write my own original stories... but fanfiction is fun and since people already know the characters, it draws readers quicker. I'm trying to write an epic adventure for Tintin, with mild slash.. nothing explicit.

Tintin and Captain Haddock are lovers in my adventure.
