"H-hi Nepeta...." He smiled softly. "I'm Tavros..." He looked at her, then the sleeping boy in his lap. "Does this happen often?"

She nodded with a cute little smile. "Yeah. Gamz falls asleep a good bit cause of his job and stuff. And the fact that he had to clean house most of the time...or maybe he was feeding last night...that makes him awfully exhausted too. Particularly if he has a struggler." She pet at Gamzee's hair, watching him curl closer to Tavros. "Wow...he sure took to you quickly..." She had a slightly jealous expression. "It took months for him to do anything more than say hi to me..."

"r-really...?" he looked down at the sleeping boy in his lap. "un... What do I new to do about this though...?"

She laughed. "There's nothing you can do. Just go to class like normal and wait for him to wake up. But if you want to live, I'd advise letting him sleep." With that she headed off.

He opened his mouth to speak but shook his head and wheeled them to class.

Many of the other students gathered around Tavros, smirking down at him and calling him a 'freak' or 'fag' or 'cripple'

He simply turned his volume up, not listening to them.

One kid managed to lay a blow right to Tavros' head, punching him.

Tavros gasped out in pain, curling slightly and accidently hitting the sleeping boy in his lap with his elbow.

Gamzee made a loud hissing sound as he was awakened, growling low in his throat. He stared at the children around them and looked at Tavros' face which has a big bruise from the force of the punch. He observed this kids, seeing one with a red fist. He stood, barring his sharp teeth and lunged at the boy, taking a huge bite of his neck. He screamed in anguish and surprise, jumping back and trying to sling Gamzee off.

Tavros tried to yell, but nothing came for a moment. "G-Gamzee!!" he finally croaked. "Stop!!!"

He finally released the other boy, looking at Tavros in a sulking way.

"Th-that wasn't necessary Gamzee...." He said, looking down and raising a hand to the bruise, wincing at a simple touch.

Gamzee growled again, blood running from his teeth. "He shouldn't have assaulted my master.."

"M-master...?" He raised an eyebrow but shook his head. "It's fine Gamzee..."

Gamzee sat back down on Tavros' lap, watching the boy hold his neck as the blood seeped out.

Tavros buried his face in his hands, trying not to look at the blood.

Gamzee felt kinda bad. He bit down on his own arm, releasing a purple liquid. "I'm sorry maser.."

"N-no!! Don't do that either!!" He reached into his backpack and pulled out a bandage to cover the wound.

Gamzee tilted his head in confusion. "Shouldn't I be punished for displeasing you?"

"No, no hurting yourself Gamzee."

He sighed. "Then what should I do when I'm bad?"

"I-I don't now... Just.... Admit you're bad?"

He seemed even more confused by this. "Oh..."

"I... don't want you harming people unless it's absolutely necessary..."
