"Yes but they used to only bloom once a year maybe... it had to be a certain temperature and everything... this part of the garden is kept at that exact temperature and only allows a certain amount of light and wind in to allow the rare flowers to bloom here.... it took a lot of work from us both to make this place the way it is." Piper smiled before leading him to a large cherry blosum tree that was in full bloom and had a bench just a little away from it that read 'Though the war may tear people apart it will never destroy our love'. This had been something very special to the both of them at one point... she had been captured and nearly died but somehow he managed to find her and save her... this garden had been finished right after that really.

Kazura looked at the flowers before she lead him towards a cherry tree. "Wow. It's beautiful." He said before looking down at the bench at the base of the tree. "We did this?" The ice lord asked as he looked towards her. Before a series of memories came back to him, picking flowers from Piper's hair, kissing her, walking with her as she laughed. His eyes closed as he sat down on the bench and rubbed his head.

"Yes we placed this here right after we got back from the war and finished building the walls around this part of the garden." Piper said softly then saw Kazura looking like he was in almost pain and sat next to him. "YOu okay?" she asked softly hoping he was.

He nodded as he rubbed his head and looked at her. "Just more memories...my head always aches when I remember something new." Kazura reached out to pick a flower from her hair as he stared at her face. His hand brushed her cheek as he sat there with her. "New memories of this garden."

(from her hair or for it? Because she didn't have any flowers in her hair XP )

Piper smiled as she hugged Kazura. "You know... I can remember planting this tree with you.... originally there was a small stream that went around it.... but it dried up and we put dirt down and then started to build the garden around this very tree." she said softly looking up at the tree and smiling some. "I don't know if I told you exactly how long we've known each other.... we actually met quite awhile back... I was just a child when you found me after a war.... my home village had been destroyed and I had been hurt pretty badly and was scared from seeing my parents getting killed.... you came looking for survivors... you were on the good side and when you found me you had instantly looked for something to make me feel better. You grabbed a stuffed animal that you found that was rather clean and gave it to me then took me in. It took awhile for us to really have feelings for eachother... I was about 20 before I even thought about liking you as anything more then a close friend or family... and it just grew from there." she said softly explaining their past with a little more detail this time as she first looked up at the tree above them then looked at him and smiled some. It was odd that he had taken care of her from such a young age and yet they ended up being lovers... and for the fact he was over 100 years older then her... but that was really beside the point.

His eyes went to her as she hugged him and held out one of the cherry blossoms for her. Kazura listened to her words and closed his eyes as he saw a child with bright eyes huddled in a corner as he rode by on his horse followed by giving her the stuffed animal she spoke of. He opened his eyes and looked down at her as he rubbed her back. "You still have it?"

"Yes... I do... but it's hidden. Right before I killed that woman I had hidden it where no one could find it... in your room... it was our room at the time though. She was an evil witch that wanted nothing more then to come between us and pull us apart. I think she's the one that got you to put that amulet on while I was in that slight coma." Piper said softly then concentrated for a second and slowly some of the loos cherry blossoms floated around in a circle then came closer together forming a bright light and soon a soft white and pink long eared stuffed bunny appeared and floated over to Piper who took it gently. She was panting a bit from using a spell she hadn't in awhile but smiled and show Kazura. "This... is the bunny you... gave me" she said still sounding a little out of breath. She couldn't use her magic in the dungeon... it had a special barrier that kept out all magic use... once you entered it you could no longer use magic so she wasn't used to using magic at all anymore.

Kazura listened to her and wondered where in his room she had hidden it. His eyes stayed on her as he tried to think back but the pain stopped him as he rubbed her back. He watched her summon the pink and white bunny as he smiled. It was the stuff toy he say him give the child. But he looked at her as she panted and held her closer. "It's okay. I remember this bunny. You were so happy when I gave it to you." The ice lord said as he rubbed her back.

Piper smiled as she looked down at the bunny that still almost looked like it did when she first got it. She then hugged Kazura a bit and smiled at him. "You wouldn't know where I hid it even if you tried to think about it.... I only showed you once. But I can't explain it either... I'd have to show you again." she said softly looking up at him then closing her eyes just seeming happy to be sitting there with him... she had really missed him allot.

He hugged her back and rubbed her back as he smiled a little. "It's alright." Kazura just sat there with her and looked around their secret garden. "I might have to come here more often. Do I know how to get in here, too?" His eyes went to her as he wondered.

"Of course, after all this is OUR special place, I'll just have to show you where to press on the garden wall to get in and out." Piper said softly before looking up at the tree and sky. "I've missed just relaxing... and being with you." she said softly still hugging Kazura a bit though made sure that if he wanted her to let go he could easily get her to.

His eyes went to the tree as he listened to her and smiled a little. "It's nice to relax." Kazura said as he rubbed her back and held onto her. "What else did we do or was this all we did?" He asked, meaning things like riding horses or reading together. Today had met him with a lot of memories so he would not want to think much. But there was work he still had to do.

"We did allot of things... what did you have in mind?" Piper asked since they used to be very active... in more ways then one. She knew he probably wouldn't want to know some of the things that they used to do but she would easily tell him what all they did do other then explore.

Kazura shrugged as he looked at the sky and thought. "I don't know. I really should focus on my official duties but it's hard finding motivation to do anything when I am with you." He said to her before looking back at her. The ice lord smiled at her a bit as he rubbed her back.

Piper couldn't help but smile a little with a slight blush. "Well... before you never really had as much paperwork... you were very close to everyone you had in your area and normally had very little to no paperwork.

He looked down at her as she spoke and thought. "Well, people are inviting me to marry their daughters to join kingdoms and before I was considering a few. But now, I will be sending out more declines." Kazura rubbed her back as he smiled. "Although, I am not ready for marriage yet either. But I will consider it when all my memories have returned." The ice lord said as he looked to the ground.

Piper blushed some and found herself hugging Kazura softly. "I've just missed being near you so much... I don't care how long it takes for you to remember everything... so long as I get to see you and be near you I'll be more then happy." she said softly looking up at him with soft loving eyes still hugging him lightly.

His eyes went to her as he felt her hugging him more and smiled a bit. "That's very comforting. Thank you, Piper." Kazura said as he leaned down and kissed her forehead. A slight frost appeared on her forehead where he kissed her. "I'll do my best to remember but you're a big help."

"Just take your time and don't force it that won't be good... you could probably hurt yourself." Piper said softly having smiled when he kissed her forehead and smiled at him happily.

Kazura nodded as he looked at her and smiled. The ice lord looked back at the garden entrance as he heard Lazarus calling for him. He closed his eyes and slowly let go of Piper before standing. His eyes went to the entrance of the garden and found Lazarus kind of frantic. "Sir, we need you to come to the throne room at once." The ice demon just nodded as he looked to Piper. "This sounds urgent. I have to go."

"Do you mind if I come with you?" Piper asked as they walked out of the secret garden and soon saw Lazaros after the secret passage closed behind them.

He looked at Piper before touching her cheek. "I don't know what's going on yet. Please, go to your room until I find out the situation." Kazura said before kissing her forehead and walking off towards the throne room to see what the situation was. His eyes showed how focused he was as he walked up to Lazarus. "Let's go."

"Yes Kazura." Piper said softly then went to her room after he walked inside and grabbed the book she had taken from the library and started to read easily. She hoped everything would be okay but she couldn't be sure really.

After a few hours, a maid came to Piper's room and knocked on her door. "The lord would like his lunch brought to his office." She said through the door before walking away. The ice lord sighed as he rubbed his forehead with his hand.

Piper had been sitting on the floor with her legs crossed meditating when she heard the maid and smiled some getting up quickly and heading down to the kitchen. She checked the food just like she had that morning before heading up to Kazura's study. She knocked softly on the door and waited. She had actually grabbed extra hoping that he would let her eat lunch with him
