When he come back the food was burnt and Finx was holding a bucket. "It was on fire." she said flushing "I thought it needed to be turned up and yeah."

Erik put the cupcakes out and then put the plates out on the table. "Food?"

Sakura laughed. "sure, um have you seen my uniform by the way?,I'll need it for my shift"

Rakan laughed."oh I see"

"I put it in the wash." Erik said "It should be dry."

Finx smiled sheepishly "I guess we will have to go eat else where."

Rakan smiled.'that sounds good to me ..."

Sakura smiled."thanks",she said and sat grabbing a muffin and sighed looking out the window."looks so beautiful out ...."

"Well as soon as someone else gets here we're going out." Erik said with a smile

Finx looked at Athena "Sorry love but you have to stay here." Athena nodded and walked off to investigate Rakans room.

Rakan smiled."alright .... lets go"

Sakura's face lit up instently. "really?!"

Finx took his hand in hers and let him lead her to the car. "Lets go to Denny's."

Erik grinned "Oh course and if no one shows up will stay closed for the day."

Sakura starred at him."say again?"

Rakan smiled softly and lead her to his car.

"You heard me." Erik said "Unless you want me to work all day instead."

Finx let go of his hand to slid into the passenger seat.

Rakan smiled as he closed the door for her and headed off.

"Good." Erik said "Well finish eating then I'll but the muffins away and we can leave."

Finx feel silent a habit that she had when she was in a car. Usually her mom was there or it was just the driver and neither of them talked much.

Rakan looked to her."so there's no work today",he said grinning.

Yukina smile widened. "Sounds great!"

"Then what do you want to do for the rest of the day?" Finx asked

Erik picked up a small beeper "It's connected to the computer so we can know if any aliens attack."

Sakura sighed slightly."lets hope they don't but ... they always do....",she said looking bumed out.

Rakan smiled."find a way to cheer you up"

"Like?" Finx asked raising her eyebrow

"I hope not too." Erik sighed "I want to have a nice quiet night out with my girlfriend."

"SO want to see a movie?" Erik asked placing the cupcakes somewhere they wouldn't go stale.

Sakura smiled."sure that sounds good to me",she said getting up."be right back",she said running up the stairs in a flash. There was the odd crashing sound then she came back down with her hair in a pony tail and wearing a summer dress tat fitted her perfectly and a pair a sandals.

Rakan smiled."it will be a good one, Athena can come too and I'm sure she'll love it"

"That's good I hate leaving her alone." Finx said sighing happily as Denny's come into view "Food."

Finx jumped out of the car and almost ran into the building only stopping when she realized Rakan was with her. "Hurry!"
