I love chicken.

i ate too much again. I have a habit of eating too little or too much. there is no in-between

i am on a keto diet to try and face my sugar addiction. in one week i have no longer had a problem with being hungry or eating too much or too little. and i have lost 3 pounds. not saying its for everyone, heck im not even saying its for anyone. but its working for me, and its working better than i thought it would.

well there is good weight and bad weight. if you want the bad kind, eat lots of pasta and sugars then sit and do nothing.

i do that. but i have fast metabolism. so anything i try to gain doesn't really stay.

i have no idea then. im definitely not a doctor. lol.

if you want sewing advice though, i can help you there! i am also really good when it comes to home renos.

well go get stuffing! i like to make stuffing with scraps of fabric, because i always have like the smallest amounts that i think i can do something with but i cant. lol.
