Steve nodded, although it was debatable whether or not he actually would speak up if the issue arose.

Julie stretched out, scratching gently between Vulpix's ears. "So what do you do on an average day? Besides put up with Tony which should have some sort of award attached."

"On an average day?" Steve had to think about that for a moment. "Well, lately I've been exploring the city a bit. Trying to catch up a bit more on how much everything's changed."

Julie nodded. "Yeah, I can imagine a lot of things have changed." She paused for a moment. "Need any help with that? I mean, obviously you can read a map and you don't need a babysitter, I mean, you're Captain America it's not like anyone's stupid enough to try and mug you or anything."

Steve chuckled a bit.

"I wouldn't mind company," he said with a bit of a smile.

Julie grinned. "Good. Try not to think of me too much as a babysitter. I can understand it with Tony and Clint, but you'd be fine on your own. Hopefully I'll be more like a tour guide."

Steve nodded, smiling a bit.

"Alright, then," he said. "That's fair."

Julie nodded. "Good." She was quiet for a moment. "You might enjoy college classes."

"College?" Steve asked. He considered that for a second. "Isn't college something only wealthy families can afford? And I would think that I'm a bit old for it, don't they look for students right out of school?"

"No, and not always." Julie shrugged. "Nowadays lots of people are going back to college, so it's not all that unusual to find people our age in classrooms. And just about anyone can go to college at the moment, with student loans and grants and things." Julie smiled a little. "But it might be worth it for you take some history classes, if you wanted. Or anything else you're interested in."

"It's something to think about, then," Steve said. And he would definitely consider it. The thought of college wasn't a bad one.

Julie nodded and stretched out a bit, smiling faintly when Vulpix growled a little at her.

"Well, is there anything else I can help you with at the moment?" she asked. "Need some company for a bit or anything?"

Steve shook his head a bit.

"You're welcome to stay," he said. "I don't mind the company. But I don't plan on going anywhere else today, though."

Julie nodded. "Alright. I guess I'll stick around for a while, then." She settled in on the couch, pulling out her cell phone to get a bit of work done.

Steve nodded and sat back down with his sketchbook to see about getting another portrait done.

Julie stayed there until it was time to go, and then she went to round up Electrike and get her four put away again for the moment so she could get going.

"See you tomorrow, Steve," she said with a little grin.

Steve looked up from his work.

"Alright," he said, smiling at her. "Have a good evening, then, and I'll see you tomorrow."

Julie nodded to him and headed into the elevator and then outside again, stretching briefly. She figured Maeve was either already done or still absorbed in making mischief working with Tony.

Maeve was indeed already done, and was down in the TM labs helping a few people from other departments pick good TMs for their pokemon. That was the fun part of her job.

Julie sent her a quick text.

Puzzling out TM-pokemon pairs. There was a pause, and then, Would you use a Toxic-Venoshock TM pair or a Sunny Day-Solar Beam pair for a Beautifly?

Personally I'd go for Sunny Day-Solar Beam, but that's just me. Julie shook her head. Why are you asking me? You're the TM specialist.

I don't tell people what to pick, I give them options. And the two are both good combinations for a Beautifly, since this one has Silver Wind, Aerial Ace, Absorb, and Attract. Maeve hummed for a moment before handing the Beautifly's owner the Solar Beam-based TM pair. Problem solved.

Julie rolled her eyes. Okie dokie then. You know way too much about TMs and move sets.

It's a hobby. And I didn't hear you complaining when I pointed you at the Earthquake TM for Altaria. Maeve couldn't help but snicker a bit as she gathered her things to go meet Julie.
