Steve just looked between them, a bit confused, but didn't protest. He knew it would be useless with Tony there, anyways.

Julie settled in next to Steve to watch the movie. It was one of her favorites, at least.

Tony kept glancing over at the other two during the movie, wondering when exactly Steve was going to realize he was sweet on Julie.

Steve wasn't exactly sure why the movie was so popular, to be honest, but he could at least admit that it wasn't a bad movie. A bit sappy for his tastes, but Julie seemed to like it, so he didn't comment on it at all. He did notice, though, that she was sitting fairly close to him, and he tried not to turn too red.

After the movie ended, Julie watched Altaria float over to them and start cheeping at her demandingly.

"I think I'm being told to get home and get to bed."

"Seems so," Steve said, getting up. He held out a hand to help Julie to her feet. "I'll help you home, then."

Julie nodded, accepting his help. "Fortunately I don't live far." Now the problem was getting back home without hurting herself.

That thought had already occurred to Steve, and he was working out a solution, studying Julie a bit.

"I'm sure Arcanine wouldn't mind carrying you," he offered after a moment.

Julie hesitated for a few moments before she nodded slowly. "As long as he doesn't mind," she agreed. "Otherwise I can get a cab or something."

"As long as you're comfortable with it," Steve said, looking at her. "If you're not, we can do something else. It's up to you."

"I'm fine with it if he is." Julie grinned suddenly. "You realize if he gives me a ride I'll be taller than you. For a little while at least."

Steve grinned a bit.

"For a little while," he agreed. He held out a hand. "Come on, let's get outside. Do you have everything?"

"Yep." Julie accepted his help getting outside. Most of her pokemon retreated, except Electrike, who stayed perched on Arcanine's back.

Steve helped her over to Arcanine, and lifted her up enough so she could get onto the pokemon's back.

"Good?" he asked, looking at her.

Julie settled there carefully and relaxed a bit when Arcanine didn't seem to protest (or even really notice her weight).

"Yup, I'm good."

Steve grinned a bit at her and put a hand on Arcanine's shoulder.

"Let's go, then," he said. He looked at Julie. "Where to?"

Julie directed them back to her apartment, grinning when she got a few weird looks.

"So this is pretty awesome."

"Pleased to be of service," Steve said, grinning a bit. He helped Julie back down once they got to the door.

Julie grinned at him and got Electrike down. "Thanks, Steve. I'll see you in the morning."

Steve nodded.

"Try to get some rest tonight," he said. "Sleep well."

"I'll try." Julie smiled at him. "Good night, Steve." She patted Arcanine's shoulder before she unlocked her door to head inside.

"Good night, Julie." Once Steve was sure she was safely inside, he and Arcanine headed back towards the tower.

Maeve ended up not getting back for another day or so. She ended up stumbling back, exhausted, with her arms full of equally exhausted Ditto.

Julie looked over at her, since she was still hanging out in the living room most of the time.

"What's that?" she asked, blinking at Ditto.

"Silly Putty," Maeve mumbled as she collapsed into a chair. Ditto spread out in her lap, squeaking a bit.

"Sentient Silly Putty," Julie observed, getting up to limp over to her. She poked Ditto a few times.

Ditto wiggled a bit, whined, and snuggled a bit closer to Maeve.

"I had to go undercover for a short op," Maeve said, leaning back and closing her eyes. "Underground gauntlet tournament where the prizes were stolen pokemon. Me and two other agents had to take the top three slots to get them all. That's why they needed a type-matching specialist."
